 1. THE NEW PLAN PAGES D110 AND D120 DO NOT SHOW THE
 "EXISTING FLOOR FINISH TO DEMOLISH". REVISE PLAN
 ACCORDINGLY, FBC 107. THE LEGEND NEEDS TO BE REVISED AS
 WELL AS FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR PLANS.
  
 2. ENSURE THAT ALL TEXT IN THE NEW PLAN IS LEGIBLE. FOR
 INSTANCE, SEE D120, TEXT ON THE PLANS INDICATING THE
 DOOR TO BE ENLARGED, FBC 107.
  
 3. DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY AN ARCHITECT AND SUBMITTED FOR
 PUBLIC RECORD ARE TO BE SIGNED, SEALED, DATED
 ORIGINALS, FLORIDA STATUTE 481. THE PLANS PROVIDED ARE
 THE SAME PLANS THAT WERE PREPARED BY THE ARCHITECT BUT
 HAVE THE ARCHITECT'S TITLE BLOCK REPLACED WITH THE
 CONTRACTOR'S INFORMATION. BUILDING OFFICIAL DETERMINED
 THAT IS ACCEPTABLE BUT WE NEED A SIGNED, SEALED LETTER
 FROM THE ARCHITECT AUTHORIZING USE OF HIS PLANS. A
 LETTER WAS SUBMITTED BUT IS NOT SIGNED AND SEALED AS
 REQUESTED VIA EMAIL.
  
 AN EMAIL WAS SENT TO ALL PARTIES WHICH SHOWED SCREEN
 SHOTS OF SHEET D110. D120 HAS THE SAME ISSUE. THE
 HATCHED LINES DO NOT APPEAR BECAUSE THE QUALITY OF THE
 PLAN PROVIDED IS VERY POOR.
