 WHOLLY WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY IS PERMITTED.
  
 2. CLEARLY INDICATE LOT DIMENSIONS AND SETBACK
 DIMENSIONS FROM THE STRUCTURE TO PROPERTY LINE ON
 PLANS,
  
 3. INDICATE WHERE THE 1,198 SQ FT OF LANDSCAPE WILL BE
 PROVIDED ON PLANS. NOTE THAT FRONT YARD AREA IS
 MEASURED FROM THE PROPOERTY LINE TO THE CLOSEST POINT
 OF THE STRUCTURE.
