 1) DISCREPANCY IN TERMINOLOGY. THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 UNDER THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK LIST, THE INSTALLATION OF
 FIRE WALLS, WHEREAS THE COVER-SHEET T-1 UNDER THE SCOPE
 OF WORK INDICATES EXTEND EXISTING FIRE RATED INTERIOR
 PARTITIONS. IN THE 2020 FBC-B FIRE WALLS ARE COVERED
 UNDER SECTION 706 AND ARE EITHER USED TO SEPARATE
 BUILDINGS, OR FIRE AREAS AND COMPLY WITH TABLE 706.4.
 FIRE BARRIERS SEE SECTION 707.3 FOR THE USE OF FIRE
 BARRIERS SEPARATE OCCUPANCIES, CONTROL AREAS, INTERIOR
 EXIT STAIRWAYS, AND FIRE PARTITIONS ARE COVERED UNDER
 SECTION 708.1CORRIDOR WALLS AS REQUIRED BY 1012.1 OR
 708.1 SECTIONS 1, 2, 4 & 5 DO NOT APPLY. BUSINESS
 OCCUPANCY, II-B UNPROTECTED/ SPRINKLERED BUILDING.
 TABLE 1020.1 CORRIDOR RATINGS FOR BUSINESS OCCUPANCY
 WITH SPRINKLER S 0 FIRE RATING EVEN FOR AN OCCUPANT
 LOAD > THAN 30. PLEASE CHANGE THE WORDING ON THE PERMIT

 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED.
  
 2020 FBC-B 501.2 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION. NEW AND
 EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH APPROVED
 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION.
  
 THE NEWLY FORMED TENANT SPACE TO BE COMPLETED BY A
 SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 3) SHEET A-3 SHOWS VARIOUS WALL DETAILS, RATINGS FOR
 WALL AND WALL PENETRATIONS. DETAILS 7. 8 & 9 ARE ALL
 DETAILS FOR BASE CABINETRY, IF NOT PART OF THE SCOPE OF
 WORK FOR HIS PERMIT PLEASE X THROUGH THE DETAILS THAT
 ARE NOT PERTINENT TO THIS PERMIT. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.

 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
