 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK ON THE APPLICATION IS TO
 REPLACE DAMAGED SIDING. THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGED SIDING
 THAT IS TO BE REPLACED IS NOT SPECIFIED. PROVIDE A
 DRAWING OR ELEVATIONS OF THE BUILDING SHOWING THE
 LOCATIONS AND THE SQUARE FOOT AMOUNT OF SIDING THAT IS
 BEING REPLACED. FBC 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED
 AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. ELECTRONIC MEDIA
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED WHEN APPROVED BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. SUCH DRAWINGS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC,
 AND THE TECHNICAL CODES SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE
 OR IN PART, NOR SHALL THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS
 AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. SPECIFY THE
 ADDRESS OF THE PROJECT ON THE DRAWINGS.
  
 2) SUBMIT THE PRODUCT APPROVALS AND INSTALLATION
 INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE HARDI-PLANK SIDING. FAC RULE 61G20
  
 3) THE VALUE OF THE WORK IS SPECIFIED AS $700.00. THIS
 MAY BE UNDERVALUED DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF SIDING
 BEING REPLACED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES THE VALUE OF
 THE WORK IS THE FULL INSURANCE REPLACEMENT VALUE AND
 NEEDS TO INCLUDES THE COST OF MATERIALS, LABOR, PROFIT
 AND OVERHEAD AS A CONTRACTOR WOULD CHARGE FOR THE WORK.
 FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 4) I SEE THAT YOUR HOME ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT THAN THIS
 PROPERTY. THE OWNER BUILDER EXEMPTION IS NOT ALLOWED
 FOR RENTAL PROPERTY. UNDER THE OWNER BUILDER EXEMPTION
 THE PROPERTY CAN NOT BE RENTED, LEASED OR SOLD WITHIN A
 YEAR OF THE COMPLETION OF THE WORK. FS489.103 PLEASE
 CONFIRM.
  
 5) WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A
 RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE
 CITY RE-SUBMITTAL FORM.
