 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
 1ST REVIEW
 DATE: TUES. APRIL 13TH/2021
 ACTION: DENIED
  
 1) THE VALUE OF THE PERMIT SEAMS LOW. THE PERMIT VALUE
 SHOULD REFLECT THE COST ASSOCIATED WITH DEMOLITION AND
 REMOVAL OF SAID WALL, TIME AND DUMP FEES, DESIGN FEES,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT. THE 2020 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION.
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE A LETTER FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
 FOR THE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OR MANAGEMENT FIRM THAT
 THEY ARE APPROVING ALTERATIONS TO THE COMMON AREA OF
 THE CONDOMINIUM. F. S. 718.
  
 3) THE SUBMITTED ENGINEERING LETTER FROM THOMAS J.
 TWOMEY, P. E. # 25626 IS NOT SEALED. 61G15-23.001
 ENGINEERS SEALS ACCEPTABLE TO THE BOARD. SAID SEAL
 SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 1 7/8 INCHES IN DIAMETER, TO SAY
 LICENSE NOT CERTIFICATE. ALL ENGINEERS MUST BE
 UTILIZING SAID SEAL NO LATER THAN JANUARY 1, 2006.
  
 4) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE GOING PAST THE BOUNDARY OF
 EACH UNIT. A UNITY OF TITLE IS REQUIRED FOR 1601 &
 1602. UNITY OF TITLE. THE PROPOSED BUILDING STRUCTURE
 TRANSGRESSES LEGAL BOUNDARY LINES BETWEEN THE LOTS
 WHICH COMBINE TO FORM 'THE SITE'. A 'UNITY OF TITLE'
 SHALL BE
 RECORDED AT THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE. SUBMIT A COPY OF THE
 RECORDED 'UNITY OF TITLE' DOCUMENT SO THAT FBC TABLE
 601 BOUNDARY LINE REQUIREMENTS MAY BE DEEMED NOT
 APPLICABLE.
