 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) UPDATED SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY
 REQUIRED.
  
 2.) SITE PLAN OF THE OVERALL SITE, SHOWING EXACT
 PLACEMENT OF BUILDING (I.E. SETBACK DIMENSION FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE(S), ETC.) AND SITE CIRCULATION AND
 EXISTING/PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SITE PLAN MUST MATCH THE SITE PLAN
 APPROVED BY RESOLUTION NO. 273-18.
  
 3.) ANY CHANGES FROM THE APPROVED PLANS (SITE AND
 ARCHITECTURAL PLANS) WILL REQUIRE A AMENDMENT TO THE
 COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CPD), WHICH IS A
 SEPARATE APPROVAL PROCESS WITH THE PLANNING DIVISION
 AND NOT THROUGH BUILDING PERMIT PROCESS.
  
  
 NOTES:
  
 * SEPARATE PERMITS, APPROVAL AND INSTALLATION REQUIRED
 FOR THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY (C.O.): LANDSCAPE, BIKE RACKS,
 PAVING/PARKING, DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE, SITE LIGHTING AND
 SIGNAGE.
  
 * REVISIONS TO THE PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
