 PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED.
 UPDATE ON 5/10/21. SPOKE WITH OWNER, SAYS THE SECOND
 STRUCTURE IS NOT ON MERCER AVE. SURVEY INDICATES IT IS.
 PROVIDED OWNER WITH CAROLIN PUELL'S PHONE NUMBER TO
 WORK ON ADDRESSING.
  
 2. PROVIDE ROUGH OPENING DEMENSIONS AND DESIGN WIND
 PRESSURES OF EACH OPENING.
 R301.2.1 WIND DESIGN CRITERIA.
 BUILDINGS AND PORTIONS THEREOF SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE WIND PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE USING
 THE BASIC WIND SPEED IN TABLE R301.2(1) AS DETERMINED
 FROM FIGURE R301.2(4).
