 ROOMS OR SPACES USED FOR ASSEMBLY PURPOSES HAS A
 OCCUPANT LOAD OF LESS THAN 50 OCCUPANTS AND ASSEMBLY
 USE ROOM WHERE THE ASSEMBLY ROOM IS LES THAN 750 SQ.
 FT. THEN THE OCCUPANCY TYPE IS DECLARED A BUSINESS
 OCCUPANCY.

 297/15= 20 OCCUPANTS, BUT ON THE S-1 LIFE SAFETY SHEET

 1004.2 OF THE 2020 FBC-B PLEASE UPDATE THE PLAN ( SHEET

 MERCANTILE OCCUPANCY SELLING CELL PHONES & ACCESSORIES.
 THIS PERMIT THEN IS THEN DECLARED A
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY AND SECTION 1001.2.2.1 PARTIAL
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY OF THE 2020 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING
 CODE. SECTION 1012 SHALL APPLY IN THE EXISTING BUILDING

 MILES PER HOUR AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED, VASD, AS

 2020 FBC-M- 301.15 WIND RESISTANCE.
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES AND SUPPORTS THAT ARE
 EXPOSED TO WIND SHALL BE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED TO
 RESIST THE WIND PRESSURES DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 FBC-B-1609.6.4.4.1 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING. WIND
 PRESSURE FOR EACH COMPONENT OR CLADDING ELEMENT IS TO
 BE DESIGNED FOR WIND PRESSURES COMPONENTS AND
 ATTACHMENTS.
  
 LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM
 FOR ALL ROOF TOP EQUIPMENT, CURBS, FANS OR A/C STANDS,
 AND OR VENTS, DETAILED ATTACHMENT TO THE ROOF FRAMING &
 DECK AS WELL AS FROM THE CURB OR ROOF STAND TO THE
 EQUIPMENT ABOVE.
  
 2020 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND
 LOADS.
  
 9) SHEET S-1 THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET. AT THE FOOD PICK UP
 WINDOW THERE IS ALSO A NOTE FOR A PREFABRICATED
 OVERHEAD AWNING BY OTHERS SEE ATTACHED SPECS.
  
 10) THE M-2 SHEET SHOWS CURB TO ROOF JOIST ATTACHMENT
 DETAIL PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH WELDED OR BOLTED
 CONNECTIONS. THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE WELD
 PROCEDURE SPECIFICATIONS & WELDER OPERATOR PERFORMANCE
 QUALIFICATION RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REFERENCED
 STANDARDS AT TIME OF INSPECTION FOR FIELD WIELDING, ON
 THE JOB-SITE WIELDING. THIRD PARTY CERTIFICATION WILL
 BE REQUIRED. REPORTS SUBMITTED TO BUILDING INSPECTOR AT
 TIME OF FRAMING INSPECTION.

 OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF
 BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS
 AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL,
 PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISHES, NORMAL SITE
 WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR BUILDINGS),
 ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COST, OVERHEAD
 AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION
 REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF
 NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS

 MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING & ROOFING PERMITS.
 WHEN THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR COMES IN FOR A BUILDING
 PERMIT WITH THE SIGNED PERMIT APPLICATION FORM BY THE
 QUALIFIER AND OWNER AND BRINGS IN THE LISTED
 SUB-PERMITS M-E-P & ROOFING PERMITS SIGNED BY THE
 QUALIFIER OF EACH COMPANY, THEIR INSURANCES AND
 LICENSURE UP TO DATE, THE M-E-P AND ROOFING PERMITS ARE
 FREE OF CHARGE. IF THE M-E-P & ROOFING PERMITS COME IN
 LATER THERE WILL BE AN $80.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR
