 1.) CHANGES DETECTED IN THE PERMIT PLANS THAT DO NOT
 MATCH THE APPROVED PLANS ON FILE WITH THE PLANNING
 DIVISION (REFERENCE: ISPR 19-07). AN APPLICATION FOR A
 MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED, REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED WITH THE PLANNING DIVISION PRIOR TO THE
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT. [4/2/2021 REPEAT COMMENT:
 PLANNING STAFF HAS NOT RECEIVED AN APPLICATION FOR A
 MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO DATE. NO PERMIT COMMENT
 RESPONSES FOR ZONING IN LATEST RESUBMITTAL.]
  
 2.) THE NEW PROPOSED METAL PICKET FENCE ALONG THE SOUTH
 SIDE OF BUILDING #1 DOES NOT MEET THE HEIGHT STANDARDS
 OF THE DISTRICT. PER S.94-220(D)92) OF THE ZLDRS, ANY
 STREET WALL OR FENCE IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING FA?ADE
 SHALL BE 34 (2.8 FT.) TO 42 (3.5 FT.). ACCORDING TO THE
 BUILDING PERMIT PLAN, THE PROPOSED HEIGHT OF THE METAL
 PICKET FENCE EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE HEIGHT AT 6
 FT. TALL
  
 3.) THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED AT THIS
 TIME TO ADDRESS ANY CONFLICTS AND CONSISTENCY WITH THE
 ZLDRS. PLEASE SUBMIT THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AS A SEPARATE

 4.) SHOW SETBACK DISTANCE OF THE PROPOSED NEW STEPS ON

 LINE. THE STEPS MUST BE SETBACK AT LEAST 3 FT. FROM THE
