 CORRECTIONS NEEDED - FBC WPB AMENDMENTS 107
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE A SURVEY SHOWING THE CANOPY, AWNING
 AND CONTAINER BUILDING SET BACKS FROM THE PROPERTY
 LINES.
 2) PLEASE SHOW THE CANOPY AND AWNING HEIGHTS FROM
 GRADE.
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE THE CANOPY FABRIC FLAME CERTIFICATE
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH FBC 3105.3.4.1 FABRIC USED FOR
 AWNINGS OR FABRIC-COVERED FRAMES SHALL MEET THE FLAME
 PROPAGATION PERFORMANCE CRITERIA OF NFPA 701 OR HAVE A
 FLAME SPREAD INDEX NOT GREATER THAN 25 WHEN TESTED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E84 OR UL 723.
 FOR THE CONTAINER STORAGE BUILDING -
 THE CONTAINER BUILDING NEEDS TO BE ON A SEPARATE PERMIT
 1) THE CODE IN EFFECT CHANGED ON 1/1/2021 - PLEASE
 REVISE THE DRAWINGS TO SHOW THE DESIGN PER THE CODE IN
 EFFECT (2020 FBC USING ASCE 7-16)
 2) PLEASE SHOW THE ROOF SHEATHING ATTACHMENT TYPE, SIZE
 AND SPACING FBC 2304.10
 3) PLEASE SHOW THE ROOF SLOPE.
 4) PLEASE SHOW WHAT IS BEING STORED IN THE STORAGE
 CONTAINERS INFORMATION NEEDED TO DETERMINE THE
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION PER FBC CHAPTER 3
 5) PLEASE SHOW THE CONTAINER BUILDING HEIGHT.
 6) PLEASE PROVIDE A COMPLETE MIAMI DADE OR FLORIDA
 STATE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE ROOFING SYSTEM.
 7) DRAWING PROVIDED S-1 SHOWS S-1 AS SHEET 1 OF 10 -
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE 9 MISSING DRAWINGS.
 8) PLEASE SHOW THE CONTAINER DESIGNATION OR MODEL
 NUMBERS ON THE DRAWINGS TO SHOW THAT THE INTENDED
 CONTAINERS ARE USED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
 BUILDING.
 9) PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE LOCATION OF
 THE CONTAINER BUILDING.
 10 ) PLEASE PROVIDE A SIGNED AND SEALED SOIL REPORT
 (GEOTECHNICAL REPORT).
 11) JOB COST APPEARS TO BE LOW FOR ALL THAT IS SHOWN ON
 THE DRAWINGS - PLEASE PROVIDE A SIGNED CONTRACT TO
 VERIFY THE JOB COST SHOWN ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION -
 FBC WPB 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATIONS. IF, IN THE
 OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION
 OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED, UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW
 DETAILED, QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED
 CONTRACTS (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO MEET THE
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL
 BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING
 ONLY LAND VALUE.
