 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED

 THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED
