 CODE AND ISSUE A PERMIT, TO REJECT DESIGN DOCUMENTS
 REQUIRED BY THE CODE THREE OR MORE TIMES FOR FAILURE TO
 CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION SPECIFICALLY AND CONTINUOUSLY
 NOTED IN EACH REJECTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
 EGRESS, FIRE PROTECTION, STRUCTURAL STABILITY, ENERGY,
 ACCESSIBILITY, LIGHTING, VENTILATION, ELECTRICAL,
 MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND GAS SYSTEMS, OR OTHER
 REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED BY RULE OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 COMMISSION ADOPTED PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 120, THE LOCAL

 IS FOR THE WHOLE SHOPPING CENTER, NOT THIS TENANT

 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED.
  
 2020 FBC-B 501.2 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION. NEW AND
 EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH APPROVED
 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION.
  
 2) SHEET A0- COVER: COMPLIED.
  
 3) SHEET A-1 THE FLOOR PLAN:
 3A) SEMI-COMPLIED. THIS FLOOR PLAN NOW SHOWS A NEW EXIT
 DOORWAY AT THE REAR OF THE BUILDING. THE QUESTION
 REMAINS IS THE EXIT SIGN MOUNTED TO THE WALL OR
 CEILING. AT WHAT HEIGHT IS THE CEILING, THE RACK
 STORAGE IS 7SEET 6 INCHES TALL. THE OTHER ISSUE IS THIS
 REVISED ARCHITECTURAL PLAN WAS NOT CARRIED OVER ONTO
 SHEET E3 THERE IS NO EXIT DOORWAY OR EXIT LIGHT SHOWN
 FOR THE NEW EXIT DOORWAY. 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. CORELATE PLANS TO SHOW THE
 SAME DETAILS.
  
 1ST ROUND OF COMMENTS. THERE IS NO LIFE SAFETY SHEET,
 JUST THE FLOOR PLAN. THE COVER SHEET INDICATED THIS IS
 A NON-SPRINKLERED BUILDING AND 2 EXITS REQUIRED. SHEET
 A 5 THE FIXTURE PLAN SHOWS AN EXITING PLAN. IT WOULD
 APPEAR THAT THE NEW DOUBLE DOORS AND RAMP ARE TO BE
 PART OF THE MEANS OF EGRESS SINCE THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWS
 TRAVEL DISTANCES. THE RACK STORAGE BEHIND THE BANK OF
 SALES COUNTERS IS MOSTLY 10 FEET TALL AND CONSIDERED
 THE STORAGE AREA. PLEASE SHOW HOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTION 1016.2.5 (2) OF THE 2020 FBC-B.
 2. MEANS OF EGRESS ARE NOT PROHIBITED THROUGH
 STOCKROOMS IN GROUP M OCCUPANCIES WHERE ALL
 OF THE FOLLOWING ARE MET:
 2.1. THE STOCK IS OF THE SAME HAZARD CLASSIFICATION AS
 THAT FOUND IN THE MAIN RETAIL AREA.
  
 2.2. NOT MORE THAN 50 PERCENT OF THE EXIT ACCESS IS
 THROUGH THE STOCKROOM.
  
 2.3. THE STOCKROOM IS NOT SUBJECT TO LOCKING FROM THE

 NOR A FLORIDA APPROVAL, ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS WITHIN
 THE STATE OF FLORIDA ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE 3RD PARTY
 QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM IN AFFECT. LOCAL GOVERNMENT

 INSPECTION FOR FIELD WIELDING, ON THE JOB-SITE
