 2017 FBC-B THE OCCUPANT LOAD WENT TO 60 SQ. FT./
 OCCUPANT. IN THE 2020 FBC-B TABLE 1004.5 FOR MERCANTILE

 THE COVER SHEET INDICATED THIS IS A NON-SPRINKLERED
 BUILDING AND 2 EXITS REQUIRED. SHEET A THE 5 THE
 FIXTURE PLAN SHOWS AN EXITING PLAN. IT WOULD APPEAR
 THAT THE NEW DOUBLE DOORS AND RAMP ARE TO BE PART OF
 THE MEANS OF EGRESS SINCE THE FLOOR PLAN SHOWS TRAVEL
 DISTANCES. THE RACK STORAGE BEHIND THE BANK OF SALES
 COUNTERS IS MOSTLY 10 FEET TALL AND CONSIDERED THE
 STORAGE AREA. PLEASE SHOW HOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION
 1016.2.5 (2) OF THE 2020 FBC-B.
 2. MEANS OF EGRESS ARE NOT PROHIBITED THROUGH
 STOCKROOMS IN GROUP M OCCUPANCIES WHERE ALL
 OF THE FOLLOWING ARE MET:
 2.1. THE STOCK IS OF THE SAME HAZARD CLASSIFICATION AS
 THAT FOUND IN THE MAIN RETAIL AREA.
  
 2.2. NOT MORE THAN 50 PERCENT OF THE EXIT ACCESS IS
 THROUGH THE STOCKROOM.

 INSPECTION FOR FIELD WIELDING, ON THE JOB-SITE
 WIELDING. THIRD PARTY CERTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED.
