 1. PROVIDE AN ACCURATE BOUNDRY LINE SURVEY. A SPECIAL
 FLOOD HAZARD AREA (SFHA) ENCROACHES ONTO PROPERTY.
 POTENTIAL NFIP REVIEW REQUIRED. SURVEYOR SHALL IDENTIFY
 LOCATION OF PROPOSED STRUCTURE AND LIMITS OF THE SFHA.
 107.2 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS107.2.1 THROUGH
 107.2.5.
 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED
 WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY
 A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF
 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE
 SITE,... AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN
 ACCURATE AND INCLUDED BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY.
  
 2. REF. THE SITE PLAN FOR THE FOLLOWING COMMENT.
 GOVERNING CODES ARE STATED AS FBC 2017 5TH ED AND 2014
 NEC. THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERMITTED UNDER THE FBC 2020
 7TH ED AND 2017 NEC.
 107.2 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS107.2.1 THROUGH

 3. PROVIDE A SITE DRAINAGE PLAN. RAINWATER NOTE STATES:
 ALL RAINWATER MUST BE CONTAINED AND MAINTAINED ON
 PROPERTY. IDENTIFY CATCHMENT AREAS OR OTHER DEVICES
 USED TO MAINTAIN RAINWATER.

 PROVIDE A SITE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 FBC R401.3 DRAINAGE.
  
 4. PROVIDE A FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION. 18 INCHES ABOVE
 CROWN OF ROAD MAY NOT BE CODE COMPLIANT.
 R403.1.7.3 FOUNDATION ELEVATION.
 ON GRADED SITES, THE TOP OF ANY EXTERIOR FOUNDATION
 SHALL EXTEND ABOVE THE ELEVATION OF THE STREET GUTTER
 AT POINT OF DISCHARGE OR THE INLET OF AN APPROVED
 DRAINAGE DEVICE A MINIMUM OF 12 INCHES (305 MM) PLUS 2
 PERCENT.
 ALTERNATE ELEVATIONS ARE PERMITTED SUBJECT TO THE
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, PROVIDED IT CAN BE
 DEMONSTRATED THAT REQUIRED DRAINAGE TO THE POINT OF
 DISCHARGE AND AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE IS PROVIDED AT
 ALL LOCATIONS ON THE SITE.
  
 5. PROVIDE A WINDOW SCHEDULE. INCLUDE ROUGH OPENING AND
 DESIGN PRESSURES OF EACH OPENING.
