 PLAN REVIEW RESULTS: DENIED. NEW PLANS HAVE BEEN
 SUBMITTED. THE ORIGINAL PLANS THAT FAILED 1ST AND 2ND
 REVIEWS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SETS.
 NEW COMMENTS.
  
 1) SHEETS A1 & D1: BOTH OF THESE SHEETS ARE LABELED IN
 THE MARGINS AS "LEVEL #2 INTERIOR REMODELING ONLY"
 HOWEVER THE A1 FLOOR PLAN INDICATES "NEW FIRST FLOOR
 PLAN" THE NEW FIRST FLOOR PLAN ALSO SHOWS MANY
 "EXISTING" ROOMS INCLUDING TWO UNISEX TOILET ROOM AND
 AN ACCESSIBLE DRINKING FOUNTAIN. THE ORIGINAL PLANS
 THAT WERE WITHDRAWN SHOW AN OPEN SPACE WHERE THE NEW
 PLANS INDICATE "EXISTING". I AM UNABLE TO LOCATE A
 PERMIT AND PLANS FOR THOSE ROOMS IN THE WPB DEPT.
 BUILDING RECORDS. PLEASE ADVISE OF THE PERMIT FOR THOSE
 ROOMS OR REVISE THE PLANS TO SHOW THEM AS "NEW"-
 SECTION 107.2.1 WPB.

 PLEASE PROVIDE PLUMBING FIXTURE CALCULATIONS IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH TABLE 403.1 FBC P BASED ON THE OCCUPANT
 LOADS SHOWN. PROVIDE A SCHEDULE THAT INDICATES THE
 REQUIRED AND PROVIDED NUMBER OF PLUMBING FIXTURES.
 VERIFY THAT ALL TENANT OCCUPANTS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO
 THE FIXTURES.
  
 4) P1 & P2: A GREASE INTERCEPTOR IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 NEW COFFEE SHOP IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1003.3.1 FBC
 P. PLEASE REVISE THE PLAN: A) SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE
 INTERCEPTOR. B) PROVIDE AN EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE AND
 SIZING CALCULATIONS. C) PROVIDE NEW PLUMBING FLOOR PLAN
 AND ISOMETRIC DRAWING THAT INCORPORATE THE REQUIRED
 INTERCEPTOR. D) SUBMIT MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS
 AND INSTALL GUIDELINES.
  
 5) P1 & P2: PROVIDE AN INTERCEPTOR FOR THE WASHING
 MACHINE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1003.6 FBC P.
 CLOTHES WASHERS SHALL DISCHARGE THROUGH AN INTERCEPTOR
 THAT IS PROVIDED WITH A WIRE BASKET OR SIMILAR DEVICE,
 REMOVABLE FOR CLEANING, THAT PREVENTS PASSAGE INTO THE
 DRAINAGE SYSTEM OF SOLIDS 1/2 INCH OR LARGER IN SIZE,
 STRING, RAGS, BUTTONS OR OTHER MATERIALS DETRIMENTAL TO
 THE PUBLIC SEWAGE SYSTEM. LIST THE MAKE AND MODEL OF
 THE WASHING MACHINE AND INTERCEPTOR ON THE PLAN, AND
 SUBMIT MANUFACTURER?S SPECIFICATIONS, REVISE THE
