 APPLICATION MYGEONAV SHOWS THERE IS A BUILDING AND
 PARKING LOT AT THIS LOCATION ALREADY. PLEASE PROVIDE AN
 UP TO DATE SURVEY SHOWING THE PRESENT BUILDING AND THE
 LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED BUILDING. PLEASE SHOW HOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 503.2.1 OF THE 2020

 EXTERIOR WALL REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 705, PROJECTION
 REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 705.2 AND OPENING PROTECTIVE
 RATINGS AND REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN TABLE 705.8 AND
 SECTION 716 (ALSO SEE THE COMMENTARY FOR THE DEFINITION
 OF FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCE).
