 INSTALLED AS PART OF THIS PERMIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 SIGN ABOVE THE ENTRY DOOR IS NOT A PERMITTED SIGN
 LOCATION AND THE VERTICAL BUILDING SIGN IS NOT
 PERMITTED.
  
 2) THE FACADE TREATMENT SHOWN ON THE EXTERIOR ELEVATION
 SHEET A-201 IS SUBMITTED UNDER PERMIT NUMBER 21010228
 AND MAY NOT BE INSTALLED AS PART OF THIS PERMIT.
  
 3) PLEASE VERIFY THAT THE TWO PROPOSED CUSTOMER PICK-UP
 PARKING SPACES SHOWN ON THE PATH OF GOODS PLAN ARE IN
 THE GARAGE. IF THIS IS THE CASE, THEN YOU NEED TO SHOW
 A SITE PLAN OF THE SPECIFIC LOCATION WITHIN THE GARAGE
 OF THE PROPOSED SPACES AND CITYPLACE RETAIL NEEDS TO
 PROVIDE AN UPDATED PARKING ALLOCATION PLAN WHICH
 REMOVES THE PROPOSED RESERVED PARKING SPACES FROM THE
 OVERALL ROSEMARY SQUARE PARKING AVAILABILITY. - COMMENT
 UPDATE ON 2/1/21: THE BUILDING OFFICIAL HAS DETERMINED
 THAT NO ADA DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE IS REQUIRED IF THE
 PICK-UP PARKING SPACES WILL ONLY BE OCCUPIED BY
 CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR A WEST ELM STAFF MEMBER TO BRING
 THE PURCHASED ITEMS TO THE VEHICLE. IF THIS IS THE
 CASE, THEN THE PLAN MUST STATE, ?WEST ELM STAFF WILL
 TAKE PURCHASED ITEMS TO THE CUSTOMER VEHICLE PARKED IN
 THE DESIGNATED PICK-UP SPACE.?
  
 4) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE J-BOX REFERRED TO IN LIGHTING
 KEYED NOTES #1 FOR EXTERIOR SIGNAGE MUST COMPLY WITH
 THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIREMENT
 THAT ALL LIGHTING CONDUIT, WIRING, BALLAST BOXES,
 TRANSFORMERS, AND OTHER EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR SIGN
 CONNECTION SHALL BE CONCEALED AND NOT VISIBLE TO THE
 PUBLIC. WHILE THE NOTE STATES THAT THIS IS EXISTING,
 STAFF'S MOST RECENT DISCUSSION WITH THE LANDLORD'S
 ARCHITECT IS THAT THIS WILL BE THE TENANT'S
 RESPONSIBILITY. IF IT IS SHIFTED TO YOUR PLANS, YOU
 MUST PROVIDE DETAILS THAT CLEARLY SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE SIGN CRITERIA REQUIREMENT.
