 THE NEW ROOMS ARE NO IDENTIFIED ON THE FLOOR PLAN.
 PLEASE IDENTIFY THE ROOMS AND THEIR USE. SEC. 102.2 AND
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.

 USE OF SPACE IS NOT CLEAR. THE CODE REFERENCE
 INFORMATION ON THE LIFESAFETY PLAN ON SHEET LS1.0
 SPECIFIES BUSINESS/ART MERCHANDISE STUDIO AS THE
 PRIMARY OCCUPANCY. THIS LOOKS LIKE THERE ARE TWO
 DIFFERENT OCCUPANCIES. BUSINESS AND ART MERCHANDISE
 STUDIO. THE ART MERCHANDISE STUDIO CAN BE EITHER
 ASSEMBLY A-3 (ART GALLERY) OR FACTORY BASED ON THE
 SCOPE OF WORK DONE ON THE WORKROOMS SHOWN ON THE FLOOR
 PLAN.
 ALSO, PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN ONLY SHOWS OFFICE. IT DOESN'T
 SHOW ART MERCHANDISE STUDIO. REVISE PLANS AS REQUIRED

 BASED ON REVISED DOOR SCHEDULE ON SHEET A3.0 DOORS #104
 AND #105 DON'T COMPLY. DOOR #104 DOESN'T HAVE THE MIN.
 CLEAR WIDTH REQUIRED BY SEC. 404.2.3 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY.
 AND, DOUBLE DOOR #105 NEEDS TO HAVE AT LEAST ONE LEAF
 THAT COMPLIES WITH SEC. 404.2.2 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY.

 OCCUPANCY TO BE BUSINESS AS THE PRIMARY OCCUPANCY AND
 STORAGE S-2 AS THE ACCESSORY OCCUPANCY. ACCESSORY
 OCCUPANCY CAN NOT BE MORE THAN 10 PERCENT OF THE FLOOR
 AREA. THEREFORE, THESE ARE TWO SEPARATE OCCUPANCIES.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED.
