| | THAT INCLUDES EACH DESIGN, FINISH/ELEVATION CHOICES, |
| | COLOR PALETTES, LANDSCAPE PLANS, ETC. THE MODELS SHALL |
| | COMPLY WITH THE VARIATION REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED IN THE |
| | BANYAN CAY DESIGN GUIDELINES. |

| | 4. THE DESIGN GUIDELINES REQUIRE THAT A STREET |
| | LANDSCAPE PLAN BE PROVIDED. SUCH LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL |
