 1) PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE SMOKE ALARMS PER FBC
 R314.2.2 ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS AND ADDITIONS.
 WHERE ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS OR ADDITIONS REQUIRING A
 PERMIT OCCUR, OR WHERE ONE OR MORE SLEEPING ROOMS ARE
 ADDED OR CREATED IN EXISTING DWELLINGS, THE INDIVIDUAL
 DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH SMOKE ALARMS
 LOCATED AS REQUIRED FOR NEW DWELLINGS.
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLETE MIAMI DADE OR FLORIDA STATE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE NEW EXTERIOR WINDOWS AND
 DOORS.
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLETE MIAMI DADE OR FLORIDA STATE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ROOFING SYSTEM. PLEASE CIRCLE
 THE ROOFING ATTACHMENT TO BE USED IN THE ROOFING SYSTEM
 PRODUCT APPROVAL.
 4) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS NEED TO BE REVIEWED AND MARKED
 APPROVED BY THE BUILDING DESIGNER OF RECORD OR BE
 LISTED BY PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBER ON THE DRAWINGS.
 5) JOB VALUE AS DETERMINED IN THE ICC VALUATION DATA =
 318 SQ. FT. X $122.46 = $38,942.00 - PLEASE REVISE THE
 BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION TO SHOW THE CORRECTED JOB
 VALUE FBC WPB 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATIONS. IF, IN
 THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED
 VALUATION
 OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED, UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW
 DETAILED, QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED
 CONTRACTS (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO MEET THE
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL
 BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING
 ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE
 LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT,
 MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL
 CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE
 SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 6) ROOFING AND WINDOW AND DOOR PRODUCT APPROVALS MAY BE
 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS BY LISTING ITEMS TO BE DEFERRED ON
 THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS - 107.3.4.1 DEFERRED
 SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, DEFERRED
 SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN
 THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE APPLICATION
 AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD. DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS
 ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL. DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW
 THEM AND FORWARD THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A
 NOTATION INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL
 CONFORMANCE TO THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL.
