 PLANS. ANY COMMENTS CONCERNING THESE REQUIREMENTS MUST
 BE SATISFACTORILY ADDRESSED PRIOR TO A PLUMBING REVIEW
 APPROVAL.
  
 1. A SERVICE SINK IS REQUIRED PER FBC PL TABLE 403.1.
  
 2. PROPOSED LOBBY AREA HAS A LARGE DINING AREA AND
 PHYSICAL FITNESS ROOM AND APPEARS TO FIT THE
 DESCRIPTION FOR ASSEMBLY. PLAN SHEET T-001 INDICATES
 R-1 OCCUPANCY. PER WPB FBC 107.2.1, CLARIFY OCCUPANCY
 TYPES AND LOADS.
  
 3. PROPOSED SECOND FLOOR IS MADE UP OF MEETING ROOMS,
 LOUNGE AREAS AND LECTURE HALLS AND APPEARS TO FIT THE
 DESCRIPTION FOR ASSEMBLY. PER WPB FBC 107.2.1, CLARIFY
 OCCUPANCY TYPES AND LOADS.
  
 4. PER FBC PL TABLE 403.1 AND FBC ACC 211.2, PROVIDE
 DRINKING FOUNTAIN(S) COMPLYING WITH FBC PL 410.3 AND
 FBC ACC 602.1 THROUGH 606.7, 305, 306 AND 307.2.
 PER WPB FBC 107.2.1, PROVIDE DETAILS SHOWING COMPLIANCE
 WITH FBC ACC 602.1 THROUGH 606.7, 305, 306 AND 307.2.
 WHERE DRINKING FOUNTAINS ARE REQUIRED, NOT FEWER THAN
 TWO DRINKING FOUNTAINS SHALL BE PROVIDED. ONE DRINKING
 FOUNTAIN SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS FOR PEOPLE
 WHO USE A WHEELCHAIR AND ONE DRINKING FOUNTAIN SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS FOR STANDING PERSONS.

 PLUMBING IN ACCORDANCE WITH WPB FBC 107. 3.5.1.3, AND
