 - PARKING SPACES SHALL BE STRIPED IN ACCORDANCE TO CITY
 PARKING REQUIREMENTS/REGULATIONS.
 - WHEEL STOPS SHALL BE ADDED FOR THE PARKING SPACES, AS
 REQUIRED BY PARKING REGULATIONS.
 - PARKING SPACES SHALL BE 18 FT. IN LENGTH EACH, WITH
 24 FT. OF BACK-UP (REVERSING) SPACE.
  
 SANITATION:
 - GARBAGE ENCLOSURE SHALL BE PROVIDED, PLEASE INDICATE
 LOCATION AND DETAILS.
  
 SITE:
 - PLEASE INDICATE ON THE SITE PLAN THE SUPPORTING
 COLUMNS FOR THE EXISTING PARKING CANOPY, TO DETERMINE
 IF A 4TH PARKING SPOT IS OPTIONAL/FEASIBLE.
 - IF THE EXISTING BROKEN/DAMAGED CHAINLINK FENCE ON THE
 WESTERN SIDE OF THE PROPERTY IS OWNED/A PART OF THE
 PROPERTY, IT IS TO BE REMOVED.
  
 LANDSCAPE:
 - REMOVAL OF STONE FROM WESTERN SIDE OF PROPERTY,
 BEGINNING AT THE REAR OF THE1ST FRONT STRUCTURE (ALONG
 THE PARKING SPACES) AND ALL ALONG THE SIDE/REAR OF 2ND
 BACK STRUCTURE. REPLACE STONE IN THESE AREAS WITH
 HEDGES WHEREEVER POSSIBLE; FOR PARKING LANDSCAPE
 BUFFERING/PROPERTY SCREENING PURPOSES.
 - INCLUDE HEDGE ALONG THE ENTIRE EASTERN EDGE OF THE
 PROPERTY LINE/PROPERTY PERIMETER, ESTABLISHING A
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER BETWEEN PROPERTY AND ADJACENT VACANT
 PARCEL.
 - PLEASE REVISE LANDSCAPE PLANS ACCORDINGLY.
