2021-03-30 14:48:03THE PERMIT HAS BEEN APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING
 CONDITION(S):
 1. THE NORTH AND EAST ELEVATION WINDOWS SHALL BE
 RESTORED. THE WINDOW SCHEDULE SHALL REFLECT THIS
 CHANGE.
 2. THE SOUTH AND WEST ELEVATION WINDOWS WHICH ARE TO BE
 REPLACEMENT WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOW FRAME OPENING, MATCH THE
 INSET/LOCATION/DEPTH/PLACEMENT OF THE ORIGINAL WINDOWS
 WITHIN THE WINDOW FRAME OPENING, HAVE CLEAR GLASS AND A
 2/2 VERTICAL LITE PATTERN (STIMULATED DIVIDED LITES IN
 AN OGEE PROFILE).
 3. THE APPLICANT SHALL BUBBLE ALL WOOD SIDING THAT IS
 PLANNED TO BE REPLACED. IF THE AMOUNT OF SIDING EXCEEDS
 40% OF THE NORTH, EAST, AND WEST ELEVATION SIDING
 SQUARE FOOTAGE, AN APPLICATION TO THE HISTORIC
 PRESERVATION BOARD WILL BE REQUIRED.
 4. THE EXISTING SCREEN DOORS ARE TO BE REPAIRED OR IF
 DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR A NEW SCREEN DOOR BUILT IN WOOD
 TO MATCH THE EXISTING SCREEN DOORS SHALL BE INSTALLED.
 5. THE EXISTING LOUVER SHUTTERS SHALL BE REMOVED AND
 NOT REINSTALLED. IF SHUTTERS ARE DESIRED, COLONIAL
 SHUTTERS MAY BE PERMITTED.
 6. ALL NEW WOOD SHALL HAVE SPECIFICATIONS THAT INDICATE
 THE WOOD HAS AN ESTIMATED LIFESPAN OF AT LEAST FIFTY
 (50) YEARS IN THE SOUTH FLORIDA ENVIRONMENT.
 7. THE WEST ELEVATION WINDOW SASHES SHALL BE RECYCLED,
 DONATED, OR STORED-ON SITE TO PRESERVE AN IRREPARABLE
 RESOURCE.
