 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) UPDATED SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY IS REQUIRED.
  
 2.) EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS DETECTED (I.E. COMPRESSOR
 UNITS). THE SITE PLAN SHALL PROVIDE THE NUMERICAL
 DISTANCE FROM ANY PROPOSED NEW STRUCTURE(S) TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE(S).
  
 3.) SOME AREAS PROVIDED IN THE SITE PLAN ARE NOT
 CONSISTENT WITH THE EXISTING SITE (I.E. AREA OF THE
 BULLETIN BOARD IS NOT PERVIOUS). THE UPDATED SURVEY
 SHOULD VERIFY THIS, AND ALL ELEMENTS WITHIN THE UPDATED
 SURVEY SHOULD MATCH THE SITE PLAN (EXCEPT FOR THOSE
 AREAS SHOWING CHANGE).
  
 4.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION FROM PERMITS
 TABULATED FOR THE YEAR EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S
 VALUE ($214,000.00) ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE
 PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION
 PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE
 SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
