 1) PROVISO. PROPERTY TO BE REPLATTED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE
 OF THE FIRST C.O. PER SECTION 6(2)(E)(II) OF RESOLUTION
 NO. 185-18 (THE "DEVELOPMENT ORDER").

 FLAGLER DR.
 C) SECTION C2 A) MAKE A NOTE IN THE COMMENTS SECTION
 THAT THE BUILDING IS TO BE DRY FLOOD PROOFED UP TO THE
 DFE OF 9'-0" NAVD
  
 CORRECTIONS REQUIRED FOR THE FLOODPROOFING CERTIFICATE:
 A) THE DRAWING NUMBER 1 OF 2 IN THE PACKAGE WILL NEED
 TO BE REPLACE BY THE CORRECTED DRAWING 1'-6" WATER
 HEIGHT TO THE DFE OF 9.00" NAVD. THE CORRECTED DRAWING
 IS REQUIRED TO BE DIGITALLY SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE
 ENGINEER PREPARING THE FLOODPROOFING CERTIFICATE.
  
 WHEN THE BUILDING IS COMPLETED IN ORDER TO RECIEVE THE
 C.O. SUBMIT A COMPLETED ELEVATION CERTIFICATE FOR THE
 FINISHED CONSTRUCTION ALONG WITH A FINAL BOUNDARY
 SURVEY WITH ELEVATIONS THAT MATCHES THE E.C. AND THE
 FLOODPROOFING CERTIFICATE.
  
 [SUBMIT A CORRECTED FLOOD PROOFING FOR 9.0' NAVD AND A
 CORRECTED PRECONSTRUCTION ELEVATION CERTIFICATE. SEE
 THE NFIP REVIEW COMMENTS.] THE FLOOD PROOFING
 CERTIFICATE AND CALCULATIONS ARE FOR ONE FOOT ABOVE THE
 BFE WHICH IS 7.0 ' NAVD 88. THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH'S FLOOD ORDINANCE REQUIRES A TWO FOOT FREE BOARD.
 THIS SETS THE DFE AT 9.0' NAVD 88. YOU WILL NEED TO
 REVISE THE FLOOD PROOFING CERTIFICATE AND CALCULATIONS
 TO COMPLY WITH THE CITY'S TWO FOOT FREEBOARD
 REQUIREMENT.
  
 (OLD COMMENTS) YOU HAVE INDICATED THAT YOU WISH TO DRY
 FLOOD PROOF THE BEACH CLUB, PLEASE SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING
 ITEMS. FBC 1612

 CERTIFICATE. SEE NFIP REVIEW.] A) A NEW
 PRE-CONSTRUCTION ELEVATION CERTIFICATE FOR THE DRY
 FLOOD PROOFING.
  
 3) PROVISO. A SEPARATE ROOF PERMIT IS REQUIRED. PRIOR
 TO INSTALLATION, SUBMIT ROOF PERMIT APPLICATION WITH
 PRODUCT APPROVALS REVIEWED BY DESIGNER OF RECORD AND
 ENGINEERING (IF APPLICABLE).
  
 4) PROVISO. DEFERRED SUBMITTALS REQUESTED BY ARCHITECT.
 DOCUMENTS SHOWING COMPLIANCE ARE TO BE REVIEWED BY
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL (ARCHITECT OR
 ENGINEER FOR PRODUCT APPROVALS AND OTHER SPECIFICATION
 DOCUMENTS, STRUCTURAL ENGINEER OF RECORD APPROVAL AND
 REVIEW IS REQUIRED FOR DELEGATED ENGINEERING).
 SUBMITTAL, REVIEW AND APPROVAL ARE REQUIRED PRIOR TO
 INSTALLATION.
  
 5) PROVISO. COMPONENT & CLADDING PRODUCT APPROVALS
 REVIEWED BY DESIGNER OF RECORD ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING DIVISION, REVIEWED AND ISSUED PRIOR TO
 INSTALLATION. CONFIRM COMPLIANCE WITH PRESSURES SHOWN
 ON SHEET S6.0 - S6.3 PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL. IF PRODUCT
 APPROVAL OFFERS OPTIONS, INDICATE OPTION PROPOSED,
 ESPECIALLY IF NOT ALL OPTIONS COMPLY WITH MINIMUM
 DESIGN PRESSURES.
