 B) SECTION A2. THE BUILDING STREET ADDRESS IS 4328 N.
 FLAGLER DR.
 C) SECTION C2 A) MAKE A NOTE IN THE COMMENTS SECTION
 THAT THE BUILDING IS TO BE DRY FLOOD PROOFED UP TO THE
 DFE OF 9'-0" NAVD
  
 CORRECTIONS REQUIRED FOR THE FLOODPROOFING CERTIFICATE:
 A) THE DRAWING NUMBER 1 OF 2 IN THE PACKAGE WILL NEED
 TO BE REPLACE BY THE CORRECTED DRAWING 1'-6" WATER
 HEIGHT TO THE DFE OF 9.00" NAVD. THE CORRECTED DRAWING
 IS REQUIRED TO BE DIGITALLY SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE
 ENGINEER PREPARING THE FLOODPROOFING CERTIFICATE.
  
 WHEN THE BUILDING IS COMPLETED IN ORDER TO RECIEVE THE
 C.O. SUBMIT A COMPLETED ELEVATION CERTIFICATE FOR THE
 FINISHED CONSTRUCTION ALONG WITH A FINAL BOUNDARY
 SURVEY WITH ELEVATIONS THAT MATCHES THE E.C. AND THE
 FLOODPROOFING CERTIFICATE.
