 1.3.FOR DRY FLOODPROOFED NONRESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS,
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL INCLUDE A STATEMENT THAT
 THE DRY FLOODPROOFING IS DESIGNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 ASCE 24.
