 THE SUITE 1030. OCCUPANT LOAD CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE
 REVISED. NEED TO ADD THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE TERRACE.
 NOTE: TERRACE OCCUPANT LOAD IS BASED ON ASSEMBLY USE
 NOT BUSINESS. SEE TABLE 1004.1.2 FBC-BUILDING.

 SOUTH TERRACE OCCUPANT LOAD IS 33 OCCUPANTS NOT 31
 OCCUPANTS. REVISE AS REQUIRED.

 ARCHITECT'S RESPONSE LETTER REFERENCED SHEET LS1.09 OF
 SHELL PERMIT #18090469 FOR TERRACE OCCUPANT LOAD. SHEET
 LS1.09 SUBMITTED FOR REFERENCE IS NOT THE OFFICIAL
 APPROVED DRAWING. THIS SHEET SHOWS TERRACE OCCUPANCY
 LIMITED TO 17 OCCUPANTS. SINCE, THIS IS NOT THE
 OFFICIAL APPROVED DRAWING, I RESEARCHED THE CITY
 APPROVED SET OF DOCUMENTS AND FOUND THAT SHEET LS1.09
 SHOWS THE TERRACE OCCUPANCY IS LIMITED TO 33 OCCUPANTS
 NOT 17 OCCUPANTS. PLEASE, REVISE AS REQUIRED, INCLUDING
 THE OCCUPANT LOAD CALCULATIONS OR LET ME KNOW IF THERE
 IS ANY OTHER APPROVED REVISED PLAN THAT I AM MISSING.
