 OUT AS SEPARATE UNITS AND NEED TO BE ONE VALVE ON THE
 FIRST FLOOR AND ANOTHER ON THE SECOND FLOOR. EACH
 DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH AN ACCESSIBLE MAIN
 SHUTOFF VALVE NEAR THE WATER SERVICE ENTRANCE PER THE
 2017 FBC SEC. R 2903.9.1 SERVICE VALVE.
  
 B. PLEASE SHOW THE WATER HAMMERS ON THE DISHWASHER,
 REFRIGERATOR, AND WASHING MACHINE ON THE ISOMETRIC
 DRAWING PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 107.2.1
 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
  
 C. WASHING MACHINE VALVES MUST BE ACCESSIBLE FOR

 HEATER AND HOW IT WILL DRAIN OUTSIDE WITH THE METHOD
 USED TO PREVENT THE RODENT FROM ENTERING THROUGH THAT
 DRAIN PER THE 2017 FBC R 2801.6.2 AND 2017 FBC R
 2606.1.
  
 F. PLEASE PROVIDE MANUFACTURES SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 TANKLESS WATER HEATER AND LOCATION TO ACCESS IT PER THE
 WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
  
 G. PLEASE REMOVE ANY DETAILS THAT DO NOT PERTAIN TO
 THIS STRUCTURE, I. E. (FLOOR DRAIN) PER THE WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.

 B. THE KITCHEN SINK MUST BE DOWNSTREAM OF THE WET VENT
 BATHROOM GROUP. THE KITCHEN SINK CANNOT DISCHARGE INTO
 THE WET VET OF A BATHROOM GROUP. IT MUST BE DOWNSTREAM
 PER THE 2017 FBC SECTION R3108.1 HORIZONTAL WET VENT
 PERMITTED.
  
 C. THE SHOWER DOWNSTAIRS HAS A DRY VENT AND REQUIRES A
 WET VENT PER THE 2017 FBC SEC. P3108.2.1.
  
 D. THE UPSTAIRS SHOWER HAS TO BE RE-VENTED SIX INCHES
 ABOVE THE FLOOD RIM LEVEL PER THE 2017 FBC SEC. R
 P3111.2.2.
  
 E. PLEASE SHOW THE DOWN-STAIRS WASHING MACHINE ON A
 SANITARY FITTING ABOVE THE NINETY-DEGREE ELBOW PER THE
 WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
  
 F. PLEASE SHOW ALL LAVS AND SINK ON A SANITARY TEE
