 GENERATED UPON THE RE-REVIEW OF SUBMITTED CORRECTIONS.
  
 1. THIS IS THE SECOND, SO PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAILED
 NARRATIVE OF THE SCOPE OF WORK THAT IS BEING DONE. THE
 PERMIT SAYS WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO DO, BUT IF YOU ARE
 MOVING OR ADDING, IS IT IN A NEW STRUCTURE OR ANOTHER
 PART OF THE HOUSE PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC
 SEC. 101.2.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILED PLANS AND DOCUMENTS FOR THE
 WORK BEING DONE. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS,
 SPECIFICATIONS, AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE
 NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
 DESIGN. (SEE ALSO SECTION 107.3.5) PER THE WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
  
 3. THERE IS NO VALUE LISTED ON THE PLUMBING
 SUB-APPLICATION, AND THE OVERALL VALUE IS LOW. WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMITS
 VALUATIONS. IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF THE BUILDING,
 ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR
 PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE
 APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED UNLESS THE
 APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED, QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR
 BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO
 MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, THE VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN
 FEES, MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD, AND PROFIT, EXCLUDING
 ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE
 LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST
 ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS
 PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. THE FINAL
 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE THE SIGNATURE OF ALL INFORMATION,
 DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND ACCOMPANYING DATA THAT
 SHALL BEAR THE PRINTED NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO
 THE FBC SEC.107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS.
  
 5. A MAIN BUILDING PERMIT IS REQUIRED BY A LICENSED
 CONTRACTOR FOR THE SCOPE OF WORK PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS
 TO THE FBC SEC. 105.1.
  
 6. TWO SEPARATE ISOMETRIC DRAWINGS SUBMITTED FOR THE
 SANITARY, PLEASE COMBINE INTO ONE PER THE WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
  
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE WATER SOURCE ON THE SCOPE OF WORK
 PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 107.2.1
 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
  
 8. PLEASE SHOW THE DIMENSION BETWEEN FIXTURES
 INSTALLATION TO CONFORM TO THE 2017 FBC SEC. R 2705.1
 (5) AND R 2708.1 GENERAL.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS, PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY NECESSARY PAGES.
