 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE PLANS SHEET A01 THE FLOOR PLAN INDICATES INSTALL
 NEW INTERIOR DOORS THROUGH-OUT THE UNIT. NONE OF THE
 INTERIOR DOORS ARE MARKED AND OR IDENTIFIED AS TO THE
 WIDTH OF THE DOOR NOR IS THERE A DOOR SCHEDULE.
 THE SLADE WAS BUILT IN 2005 AND IS REQUIRED TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE FAIR HOUSING GUIDELINE. FAIR
 HOUSING GUIDELINES. FAIR HOUSING ACT DESIGN AND
 CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS. FOR PURPOSES OF THIS
 SECTION, A COVERED MULTIFAMILY DWELLING SHALL BE DEEMED
 TO BE DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED FOR FIRST OCCUPANCY ON
 OR BEFORE MARCH 13, 1991, IF THEY ARE OCCUPIED BY THAT
 DATE OR IF THE LAST BUILDING PERMIT OR RENEWAL THEREOF
 FOR THE COVERED MULTIFAMILY DWELLINGS IS ISSUED BY A
 STATE, COUNTY OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT ON OR BEFORE JANUARY
 13, 1990.
 PLEASE REVIEW WITHIN THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 UNDER FAIR HOUSING ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES REQUIREMENT
 3 USABLE DOORS (2) WITHIN INDIVIDUAL DWELLING UNITS,
 DOORS INTENDED FOR THE USER PASSAGE THROUGH THE UNIT
 WHICH SHALL HAVE A CLEAR WIDTH OF 32 INCHES NOMINAL
 WIDTH WHEN THE DOOR IS OPEN AT 90 DEGREES, MEASURED
 BETWEEN THE DOOR FACE AND THE STOP (SWING DOORS).
  
 2) SHEET A01 ALSO INDICATES WITH A NOTE TO INSTALL NEW
 PORCELAIN TILE OVER APPROVED UNDERLAYMENT THROUGHOUT
 THE UNIT. THIS REVIEW THERE WERE NO TEST REPORTS
 SUBMITTED FOR THE UNDERLAYMENT. FLOOR INSULATION (FBC-B
 2017) FOR TILE, STONE, MARBLE, VINYL AND WOOD FLOORING
 ALL NEED TO HAVE HAD THE SOUND UNDERLAYMENT TESTED
 FLOOR ASSEMBLIES TO THE FOLLOWING STANDARDS AND MEET
 THE QUALIFICATIONS LISTED UNDER EACH OF THE STANDARDS
 FOR A 6 INCH CONCRETE FLOOR ASSEMBLY/ NO DROPPED
 CEILINGS.
 PLEASE NOTE THE SLADE CONDOMINIUM DOES HAVE 8 INCH POST
 TENSION SLABS, TEST REPORTS FOR THIS BUILDING CAN USE
 TEST REPORTS SHOWING AN 8 INCH SLAB AND NO DROPPED
 CEILINGS.
 PLEASE PROVIDE ALL THREE TEST REPORTS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH:
  
 TYPE I AND II BUILDINGS
 2A) FBC-B 2017 1207.3 STRUCTURE-BORNE SOUND.
 FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES BETWEEN DWELLING UNITS OR
 BETWEEN A DWELLING UNIT AND A PUBLIC OR SERVICE AREA
 WITHIN THE STRUCTURE SHALL HAVE AN IMPACT INSULATION
 CLASS (IIC) RATING OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45 IF FIELD
 TESTED) WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E-492.

 PARTITIONS AND FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES SEPARATING

 SERVICE AREAS SHALL HAVE A SOUND TRANSMISSION CLASS
 (STC) OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45 IF FIELD TESTED) FOR
 AIR-BORNE NOISE WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E

 2C) FLAME SPREAD- FBC-B 2017 603.1. EXCEPTION 2.
 INSULATION INSTALLED BETWEEN A FINISHED FLOOR AND SOLID
 DECKING WITHOUT INTERVENING AIRSPACE SHALL BE ALLOWED
 TO HAVE A FLAME SPREAD INDEX OF NOT MORE THAN 200.
 FLAME SPREAD INDEX. A COMPARATIVE MEASURE, EXPRESSED AS
 A DIMENSIONLESS NUMBER, DERIVED FROM VISUAL
 MEASUREMENTS OF THE SPREAD OF FLAME VERSUS TIME FOR A
 MATERIAL TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 84 OR UL 723.
  
 3) SHEET A01 ALSO INDICATES THAT THE 2 SHOWERS ARE
 GOING TO BE RETILED PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH:

 HEIGHT NOT LESS THAN 72 INCHES ABOVE THE DRAIN INLET.
