2020-12-17 12:03:15THE PERMIT HAS FAILED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON(S):
 1. THE WINDOW AND FENESTRATION POLICY REQUIRES THAT
 WOOD WINDOWS, ESPECIALLY ON THE FRONT ELEVATION BE
 RETAINED AND RESTORED. PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION FROM AT
 LEAST TWO LETTERS FROM A LICENSED RESTORATION COMPANY
 STATING THAT THE EXISTING FRONT WINDOWS ARE DAMAGED
 BEYOND REPAIR.
 2. PROVIDE AN MUNTIN DETAIL.
 3. PROVIDE PROOF THAT THE EXISTING MULLION IS 4-INCHES
 WIDE. THE EXISTING MULLION MUST REMAIN OR BE REPLACED
 WITH A MULLION OF EQUAL WIDTH AND PLACEMENT.
 4. PLEASE INDICATE THE NUMBER OF WINDOWS, DOORS, AND/OR
 SIDELITES PER WINDOW #, WHEN MORE THAN ONE PRODUCT WILL
 BE USED FOR THAT WINDOW OPENING.
 5. PROVIDE THE COLOR OF THE EXTERIOR WINDOW AND DOOR
 FRAMES.
 6. PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR SIDE LIGHTS FOR
 OPENING #9. IF INCLUDED ALREADY, PLEASE INDICATE WHERE.
  
 PROPOSED CONDITIONS, SUBJECT TO CHANGE:
 1. ALL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE
 ORIGINAL WINDOW FRAME OPENING (X-AXIS AND Y-AXIS) AND
 MATCH THE LOCATION/DEPTH (Z-AXIS) OF THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOWS.
 2. THE EXISTING MULLION SHALL REMAIN OR BE REPLACED
 WITH A MULLION OF MATCHING WIDTH AND PLACEMENT.
 3. ALL STREET OR SIDEWALK FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR.
 ALL NON-STREET FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR OR CLEAR
 WITH LOW-E COATING. NO TINT. OBSCURED TEXTURED GLASS
 MAY BE USED ON NON-STREET FACING BATHROOMS ONLY.
