 1.) SHOW THE LOCATION OF A GATE/FENCE IN A SITE
 PLAN/SURVEY.
  
 2.) SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE NEW PAVERED AREA IN A SITE
 PLAN/SURVEY. PROVIDE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE(S) AND LENGTH AND WIDTH OF THE PROPOSED
 PAVERED AREA. PAVERED AREA SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE
 SETBACK REQUIREMENTS IN ZLDR S.94-482.
  
 3.) PLEASE CLARIFY IF THE PAVERED AREA IS TO BE
 UTILIZED FOR PARKING. IF SO, THE PAVERED AREA CANNOT
 EXCEED 20 FT. IN WIDTH AT THE PROPERTY LINE. [ZLDR

 4.) AT LEAST 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75% (WHICHEVER IS
 LESS) OF THE REQUIRED FRONT YARD SHALL REMAIN
 LANDSCAPED. PLEASE PROVIDE FRONT YARD LANDSCAPING
