 EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH APPROVED

 CODE: 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE. 211.2 MINIMUM
 NUMBER. NO FEWER THAN TWO DRINKING FOUNTAINS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED. ONE DRINKING FOUNTAIN SHALL COMPLY WITH 602.1
 THROUGH 602.6 AND ONE DRINKING FOUNTAIN SHALL COMPLY
 WITH 602.7.
 2D) UNDER THE HEADING PLUMBING FIXTURES THERE IS NO
 REQUIREMENT LISTED FOR SERVICE SINKS. PLEASE REVIEW IN
 THE 2017 FBC-B TABLE 2902.1 FOR BUSINESS OCCUPANCIES 1
 SERVICE SINK IS REQUIRED. FOOTNOTE E FOR BUSINESS
 OCCUPANCIES AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 15 OR FEWER NOT

 2E) AT THE FRONT OF THE BANK THERE APPEARS TO BE THE
 WORD EXIT IN THE EXTERIOR WALL OF THE ATM ROOM ON THE
 A-110 FLOOR PLAN AND A-120-DIMENSION PLAN THERE APPEARS
 TO BE NO DOOR. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED, POSSIBLE TYPO.

 DIMENSIONED TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH: PROTRUDING OBJECTS
 307.2 PROTRUSION LIMITS 307.2. OBJECTS WITH LEADING
 EDGES MORE THAN 27 INCHES AND NOT MORE THAN 80 INCHES
 ABOVE THE FLOOR SHALL NOT PROTRUDE MORE THAN 4 INCHES
 HORIZONTALLY INTO THE CIRCULATION PATH.
  
 3B)(2) 602.2 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 COMPLYING WITH 305, POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD APPROACH,
 AND KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE

 BARS VERTICAL DIMENSION. 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 SECTION 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB BARS. GRAB BARS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL POSITION, 33 INCHES MINIMUM
 AND 36 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR MEASURED
 TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING SURFACE, NOT CENTERLINE.
  
 3D) SHEET A-400 RESTROOM ENLARGED FLOOR PLAN. MISSING
 THE 5-FOOT TURNING CIRCLE AND 30X48 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE.
 ACCESS. CODE SECTION 603.2.3. DOORS SHALL NOT SWING
 INTO THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE OR CLEARANCES REQUIRED FOR
 ANY FIXTURE. DOORS SHALL BE PERMITTED TO SWING INTO THE
 REQUIRED TURNING SPACE. PLEASE SEE EXCEPTION 2. WHERE
 TOILET ROOMS ARE FOR INDIVIDUAL USE AND A CLEAR FLOORS
 SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305.3 IS PROVIDED WITHIN THE ROOM
 BEYOND THE ARC OF THE DOOR SWING. WHAT IS MISSING IS
 THE REQUIRED 30X48 INCH CLEAR FLOOR SPACE BEYOND THE
 ARC OF THE DOOR. USUALLY AT A 45% ANGLE TO THE DOOR
 ENTRANCE.
  
 4A) SHEET A-110 THE BREAKROOM DOES NOT SHOW EITHER A
 FORWARD OR SIDEWAYS APPROACH TO THE BREAK ROOM SINK.
 PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH606.2 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. A
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305, POSITIONED FOR A
 FORWARD APPROACH, AND KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE COMPLYING
 WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED, SEE EXCEPTIONS ALSO, BUT
 SHOW THE REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR SPACE ON THE FLOOR PLAN.
  
 4B) 606.3 HEIGHT. LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED WITH THE FRONT OF THE HIGHER OF THE RIM OR
 COUNTER SURFACE 34 INCHES (865 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE
 FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND. 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF WORK
 SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 4C) 606.5 EXPOSED PIPES AND SURFACES. WATER SUPPLY &
 DRAINPIPES UNDER LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE
 INSULATED OR OTHERWISE CONFIGURED TO PROTECT AGAINST
 CONTACT.
  
 5) SHEET A-120 PLEASE DIMENSION THE SIDE MANEUVERING
 CLEARANCES FOR DOOR 12, 13 & 14 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE 2017 FBC-ACCESS. CODE 404.2.4 MANEUVERING
 CLEARANCES. DOORS. MINIMUM MANEUVERING CLEARANCES AT
 DOORS AND GATES SHALL COMPLY WITH 404.2.4. MANEUVERING
 CLEARANCES SHALL EXTEND THE FULL WIDTH OF THE DOORWAY
 AND THE REQUIRED LATCH SIDE FOR SIDE CLEARANCE.
  
 6) PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ONE. SHEET A-400 THE
 RESTROOM ELEVATION SHOW TILE WALL AND SHEET A-140
 FINISH PLAN INDICATES WALL TILE WT-1. WHAT PLAN
 DESIGNATES WT-1 FOR THE WET WALLS OF THE RESTROOM AND
 JANITORS SERVICE SINK. 2017 FBC-B 1210.2.2. WALLS &
 PARTITIONS. THIS COMMENT IS A RESULT OF THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL INTERPRETATION. IN RESTROOMS EPOXY PAINT IS NO
 LONGER CONSIDERED A SMOOTH HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE.
  
 6A) WALLS & PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET OF SERVICE SINKS,
 URINALS, AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD,
 NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE TO A HEIGHT OF NOT LESS THAN 4
 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR, EXCEPT FOR STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS,
 THE MATERIAL USED IN SUCH WALLS SHALL BE OF A TYPE THAT
 IS NOT ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY MOISTURE.
  
 6B) 2509.1. WET AREAS. SHOWERS AND PUBLIC TOILET WALLS
 SHALL COMPLY WITH 1210.2.
  
 6C) 1210.2. FINISH MATERIALS. WALLS, BASE, FLOORS AND
 PARTITIONS IN TOILET AND BATHROOMS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 SECTIONS 1210.1 THROUGH 1210.4.
