 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 NOTE: SEC. 801.3 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE.
  
 1- PERMIT APPLICATION STATES "INSTALL PLUMBING IN POOL
 HOUSE". ACCORDING TO CITY RECORDS AND PALM BEACH COUNTY
 PROPERTY APPRAISER THE STANDING ALONE STRUCTURE IN THIS
 PROPERTY IS A GARAGE. THERE ARE NO PERMITS FOR THE
 CONVERSION OF THE GARAGE TO POOL HOUSE. PLEASE REVISE
 THE DESCRIPTION IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION. SEC. 506
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 (NOTE: EVEN ARCHITECTURAL PLANS FOR ADDITION PERMIT
 #15010873 SHOW THIS STRUCTURE AS GARAGE).
  
 2- IT APPEARS THAT THE GARAGE GOT CONVERTED TO "POOL
 HOUSE" WITHOUT PERMIT. A BUILDING PERMIT IS REQUIRED
 FOR THE CONVERSION. SEC. 105.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. AND, A
 PENALTY OF 4 TIMES THE PERMIT FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR
 WORK WITHOUT PERMIT. SEC. 109.4 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- BASED ON COMMENT #1 ABOVE, PLANS NEED TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONVERSION OF THE EXISTING
 STRUCTURE FROM GARAGE TO POOL HOUSE. CLEARLY IDENTIFY
 THE USE OF THE PROPOSED ROOM. SEC. 506 FBC-EXISTING
 BUILDING. SEC. 101.3 AND SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 4- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR NEW EXTERIOR SWING
 DOOR. SEC. 504 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. FAC 61G20-3.001.
  
 5- SPECIFY DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EXTERIOR DOOR AND
 WINDOWS. 504 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. SEC. R301.2
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 6- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 7- SEPARATE BUILDING AND ELECTRICAL PERMITS ARE
 REQUIRED. SEC. 105.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.

 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
