 REPEAT OF PREVIOUS COMMENTS:
  
 1. PROPOSED STRUCTURE ABOVE STOREFRONT WINDOWS AND
 DOORWAY IS A CANOPY, NOT AN AWNING. THIS IS BECAUSE THE
 STRUCTURE'S MATERIAL IS METAL SHEETING. IF THE MATERIAL
 WAS A CANVAS/FABRIC-LIKE MATERIAL IT WOULD FALL UNDER
 AN AWNING.
  
 2. BECAUSE OF THE CANOPY DESIGNATION, THE STRUCTURE
 REQUIRES 10 FT. OF VERTICAL CLEARANCE FROM THE SIDEWALK
 TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE STRUCTURE.
  
 A. THE MINIMUM HORIZONTAL PROJECTION IS 8 FT. AND THE
 MAXIMUM HORIZONTAL PROJECTION IS 20 FT. THE MAXIMUM
 HORIZONTAL ENCROACHMENT IS 12 FT.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE A SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY AND A SITE
 PLAN TO CLEARLY INDICATE THE PROJECTION OF THE CANOPY
 IN RELATION TO THE CURB, AND THE EXISTING TREES ALONG
 THE STREET.
  
 4. SITE PLAN SHALL REFLECT ACCURATE DRAWINGS AND
 DIMENSIONS. THE CURRENT SITE PLAN LISTS THE SIDEWALK
 WIDTH AS 12? 6 INCHES, PLEASE ACCURATELY DIMENSION ALL
 COMPONENTS IN RELATION TO THE PROPOSED CANOPY.
