 AND RETURNED TO THIS OFFICE, AND REVIEWED AND APPROVED
 BEFORE PERMIT ISSUANCE WILL TAKE PLACE.

 110.8.4.4 ALL PLANS FOR THE BUILDING WHICH ARE REQUIRED

 REVIEW THE RESUME. AFTER THE RESUME IS REVIEWED, AN
 INTERVIEW WILL BE SCHEDULED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
 WILL AN INSPECTOR BE INTERVIEWED FOR WORK WITHOUT FIRST
 MEETING THE ABOVE CRITERIA.
  
 E) THE CONTRACTOR WILL PRODUCE A JOB SUMMARY OR HISTORY
 FOR THIS TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION.

 INSTALLATION SHALL BE SUPERVISED, INSPECTED AND
 CERTIFIED TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE SHORING

 PENETRATIONS INTO IT ARE ONLY ALLOWED FOR EXITING
 PURPOSES AND ITEMS SERVING THE PASSAGEWAY. AN EXIT
 PASSAGEWAY IS AN EXTENSION OF THE ENCLOSED INTERIOR
 EXIT STAIRWAY AND HAS REQUIREMENTS SIMILAR TO THE

 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. DOCUMENTS FOR
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE
 WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD THEM TO THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE
 IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING.
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED
 UNTIL THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN
 APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 34) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC SECTION 1207 SOUND
 TRANSMISSION, 1207.2 AIR-BORNE SOUND AND 1207.3
 STRUCTURE-BORNE SOUND. TEST REPORTS WILL NEED TO BE
 SUBMITTED FOR THE SOUND INSULATION THAT WILL BE
 INSTALLED UNDER FINISH FLOORING.
  
 35) IN ORDER TO VERIFY THE BUILDING VALUATION, PLEASE
 PROVIDE AREA TABULATIONS FOR THE ENTIRE BUILDING.
 PLEASE SEPARATE AREA TABULATIONS BY OCCUPANCY TYPE. FBC
 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 36) SEPARATE PERMITS, REVIEWS AND FEES ARE REQUIRED FOR
 SOME ITEMS THAT MAY HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE VALUE FOR
 THIS PROJECT. ITEMS SUCH AS FIRE ALARM, FIRE SPRINKLER,
 LOW VOLTAGE, LANDSCAPING, IRRIGATION AND ALL ITEMS
 OTHER THAN BUILDING, MECHANICAL, ELECTRIC AND PLUMBING.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A COST BREAKDOWN SO THAT WE CAN DEDUCT
 THESE ITEMS FROM THE PERMIT VALUE SO THAT YOU WILL NOT
 BE CHARGED TWICE FOR THE SAME ITEM.

 LOCATED ON A LARGER PARCEL THAN THE SITE PLAN AND
 SURVEY THAT WAS SUBMITTED. IS THIS PARCEL BEING
 SUBDIVIDED OR TO REMAIN AS ONE PARCEL WITH TWO
 BUILDINGS ON IT? PLEASE CLARIFY.
