 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) PLEASE NOTE THIS BUILDING IS A 18 STORY OFFICE
 BUILDING WHICH IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION. TO DATE
 NO CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY NOR CERTIFICATE OF
 COMPLETION HAS BEEN ISSUED. THIS 8TH FLOOR INSTALLATION
 OF 64 PARKING STACKERS FOR 128 CARS LOCATED ON THE 8TH
 FLOOR, CURRENTLY IS A TBD/ TO BE DETERMINED/ O
 CONTRACTOR ASSIGNED TO THIS PROJECT. IF AT TIME THE
 TIME OF PERMIT TO BE ISSUED AND O CERTIFICATE OF
 OCCUPANCY OR COMPLETION HAS BEEN ISSUED THEN WE WILL
 NEED NOTARIZED LETTERS FROM THE SHELL CONTRACTOR (MOSS)
 AND THE TBD CONTRACTOR THAT THEY BOTH WILL WORK TOWARDS
 CODE COMPLIANCE WITHOUT INTERFERENCE OF THE OTHER
 CONTRACTOR OR MATERIALS DISTURBED.
 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) BEFORE PERMIT ISSUANCE AND THE CONTRACTOR IS SIGNED
 ON THE BUILDING PLANS EXAMINER NEEDS TO REVIEW THE
 VALUE OF THE PERMIT THAT THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR HAS
 DECLARED. VALUES MAY NEED TO BE INCREASED. 2017 WEST
 PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATIVE CODE SECTION 109.3 BUILDING
 PERMIT VALUATION.
  
 3) SHEET MP1.0 SHOWS THE 64 CAR LIFTS. WHEN VIEWING THE
 LIFTS APPROXIMATELY 53 & 54 IT APPEARS THESE ARE DOUBLE
 LIFTS JUST LIKE THE REMAINDER OF THE LIFTS. WHEN YOU
 REFER BACK TO THE MASTER PERMIT 18090469-PAGE AE4.08
 THE ENLARGED 8TH FLOOR PLAN DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE
 ELEVATOR BANK THE MASTER PERMIT SHOWS (2) ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING SPACES WITH ACCESS AISLES. IT WOULD APPEAR THAT
 THE 2 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES AND ACCESS AISLES NEEDS
 TO BE UPDATED AND SHOWN ON THE LIFT PLAN AS WELL.
 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED,
 DISCREPANCY IN THE PLANS.
  
 4) UNDER THE MASTER BUILDING PERMIT FOR THIS BUILDING
 (18090469) THE PARKING SPACES 626-629 ARE SET UP FOR
 ELECTRIC CAR PARKING, DOES THIS MEAN THAT FOR THESE
 SAME PARKING SPACES THERE WILL BE CHARGING STATIONS FOR
 BOTH THE UPPER AND LOWER
 PARKING SPACES THAT WAS PROVIDED BY THE LIFT. 107.2.1.2
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 5) SHEET AE4.08 SHOWS THE WEST PALM BEACH CITY STANDARD
 (MARKING WITH DOUBLE LINE) PARKING SPACES, WILL THIS
 FLOOR COMPLY WITH THE CITY STANDARD PARKING SPACE AND
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES? ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE /
 STALL PAINTING.
 2017 ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 502.2 VEHICLE SPACES.
 EACH PARKING SPACE MUST BE AT LEAST 12 FEET WIDE, SHALL
 BE MARKED TO DEFINE THE WIDTH, AND SHALL HAVE AN
 ADJACENT ACCESS AISLE COMPLYING WITH 502.3.
 ADVISORY 502.3.3MARKING THE METHOD AND MARKING OF COLOR
 OF MARKING ARE NOT SPECIFIED BY THESE REQUIREMENTS BUT
 MAY BE ADDRESSED BY STATE OR LOCAL LAWS OR REGULATIONS.

 ILLUSTRATES WITH MEASUREMENTS FOR DOUBLE STRIPE STALL

 6) SHEET MP2.0 SHOWS THE RECOMMENDED CLEARANCES FOR
 DP003 CAR LIFT. AY WHERE FROM 10FEET 6 INCHES FOR SEDAN
 & SEDAN TO 14 FEET REQUIRED FOR A SUV AND SUV. THE
 SUBMITTED SET OF PLANS DOES NOT PROVIDE WHAT THE CLEAR
 HEIGHT IS FOR THE 8TH FLOOR. IN THE MATER PLANS
 18090469 SHEETS AE3.17 & AE3.18 THESE SHEETS SHOW CUT
 THROUGH SECTIONS SHOW A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF WHAT
 APPEARS TO BE DECK DRAINAGE PIPES. PLEASE PROVIDE WHAT
 THE CLEAR HEIGHTS ARE FOR THE VARIOUS AREAS.
  
 7) PLEASE PROVIDE TO WHAT STANDARD THE CAR LIFTS HAVE
 TO MEET. CAR LIFTS DO NOT NEED TO MEET THE DEFINITION
 OF ELEVATORS AND MEET THE EXCEPTION FOUND UNDER SECTION
 3001.6 EXCEPTION 19. OF THE 2017 FBC-B. THIS
 INFORMATION NEEDS TO SHOW ON THE PLANS.
  
 8) PLEASE PROVIDE THE MSDS SHEETS FOR THE HYDRAULIC
 FLUID THAT APPEARS TO HAVE A COMMON PUMP. PLEASE ALSO
 SHOW THE TOTAL GALLONS OF HYDRAULIC FLUID THAT IT TAKES
 FOR THE WHOLE SYSTEM AND BEING STORED IN A CLOSED
 SYSTEM. 2017 FBC-B TABLE 307.1(1) MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE
 QUANTITIES PER CONTROL AREA OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
 POSING A PHYSICAL HAZARD. ALSO SEE 307.1.1(3). THIS
 INFORMATION NEEDS TO SHOW ON THE PLANS.
  
 9) THE PLANS INDICATE THAT 4-INCH-DEEP HOLES ARE TO BE
 DRILLED INTO THE POST STRESSED DECK. PLEASE PROVIDE HOW
 WILL THE LOCATION OF THE TENDONS IN THE SLAB BE FOUND?
 IF A TENDON IS NICKED WHAT IS THE REPAIR? 107.2.1.2.
