 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1A) THE MAXIMUM DEAD END IS GIVEN= W/ SPRINKLERS 25
 FEET. STATED ABOVE A NON-SPRINKLERED BUILDING.
 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED, DISCREPANCY.
  
 1B) THE MAXIMUM TRAVEL = W SPRINKLERS 150 FEET PER
 TABLE 1006. PLEASE NOTE THE TABLES 1006 ALL (3) ARE
 COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL, TABLE 1006.2.1 IS FOR THE 1ST

 PLEASE NOTE THE SUBMITTED PLAN SHOULD BE DESIGNED UNDER

 ROOM ACCESSORY SCHEDULE. THIS IS A NEW ADDITION WHY
 WOULD THE TOILET ACCESSORIES BE EXISTING? 107.2.1.2.
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2A) IN BOTH THE ELEVATIONS AND ACCESSORY SCHEDULE THE
 SIDE AND BACK GRAB BAR ARE SHOWN MEASURED FROM FLOOR TO
 THE CENTERLINE OF THE GRAB BAR. 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE SECTION 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB BARS. GRAB BARS
 SHALL BE INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL POSITION, 33 INCHES
 MINIMUM AND 36 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR
 MEASURED TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING SURFACE, NOT

 PAPER DISPENSER SHALL COMPLY WITH 309.4 AND SHALL BE 7
 INCHES MINIMUM TO 9 INCHES MAXIMUM IN FRONT OF THE
 WATER CLOSET MEASURED TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE
 DISPENSER.
  
 2C) THE PLANS ARE SILENT AS TO THE PROTECTION OF THE
 WATER SUPPLY AND DRAINAGE PIPE UNDER THE LAV. 2017
 FBC-ACCESS. CODE 606.5 EXPOSED PIPES AND SURFACES.
 WATER SUPPLY & DRAINPIPES UNDER LAVATORIES AND SINKS
 SHALL BE INSULATED OR OTHERWISE CONFIGURED TO PROTECT
 AGAINST CONTACT.
  
 3) SHEET A-1: UNDER THE HEADING OF WALL FINISHES THE
 PLANS INDICATE GYPSUM BOARD. 2017 FBC-B 1210.2.2. WALLS
 & PARTITIONS. THIS COMMENT IS A RESULT OF THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL INTERPRETATION. IN RESTROOMS EPOXY PAINT IS NO
 LONGER CONSIDERED A SMOOTH HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE.
 WALLS & PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET OF SERVICE SINKS,
 URINALS, AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD,
 NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE TO A HEIGHT OF NOT LESS THAN 4
 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR, EXCEPT FOR STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS,
 THE MATERIAL USED IN SUCH WALLS SHALL BE OF A TYPE THAT
 IS NOT ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY MOISTURE.
 2017 FBC-B 2509.1. WET AREAS. SHOWERS AND PUBLIC TOILET
 WALLS SHALL COMPLY WITH 1210.2.
 2017 FBC-B 1210.2. FINISH MATERIALS. WALLS, BASE,
 FLOORS AND PARTITIONS IN TOILET AND BATHROOMS SHALL
 COMPLY WITH SECTIONS 1210.1 THROUGH 1210.4.
  
 4) SHEET A-1 UNDER THE FOUNDATION LEGEND INDICATES NEW
 8-INCH CMU WALL FILLED CELLS AT 48 INCHES ON CENTER.
 THE SIZE OF THE VERTICAL BARS IS NOT SPECIFIED. THE
 NOTE IS FOR THE BOND BEAM AND DOES NOT MENTION THE
 REBAR FOR THE BOND BEAM? 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL

 INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL BE SHOWN,
 REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE DESIGN OF
 THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE STRUCTURE:
