 TENANT SPACES AS SHOWN UNDER PERMIT 20030793 AND
 11060667 BUT IN ACTUAL ACCOUNT 2 SEPARATE CONDOMINIUM
 UNITS. TENANT SPACES CAN PENETRATE THE TENANT
 SEPARATION WALL WHEREAS THE CONDOMINIUMS EACH ARE A
 SEPARATE PARCEL, PROPERTY CONTROL NUMBER AND IF TO BE
 COMBINED THEY NEED A UNITY OF TITLE THAT WILL UNIFY THE
 2 UNITS INTO ONE.
  
 CREATION OR EXTENSION OF NONCONFORMITY.
 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 801.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING. CREATION OR EXTENSION
 OF NONCONFORMITY. ALL NEW WORK, RE-CONFIGURATION SHALL
 NOT CREATE OR EXTEND ANY NONCONFORMITY IN THE EXISTING
 BUILDING TO WHICH THE RE-CONFIGURATION OF SPACE IS
 BEING MADE WITH REGARD TO ACCESSIBILITY, STRUCTURAL
 STRENGTH, FIRE SAFETY, MEANS OF EGRESS, OR THE CAPACITY
 OF MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, OR ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS.
  
 UNITY OF TITLE. / UNITY OF CONTROL (2) DIFFERENT
 OWNERS/ QUICK CLAIM DEED
 THE PROPOSED BUILDING STRUCTURE TRANSGRESSES LEGAL
 BOUNDARY LINES BETWEEN THE LOTS WHICH COMBINE TO FORM
 'THE SITE'. A 'UNITY OF TITLE' SHALL BE
 RECORDED AT THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE. SUBMIT A COPY OF THE
 RECORDED 'UNITY OF TITLE' DOCUMENT SO THAT FBC TABLE
 601 BOUNDARY LINE REQUIREMENTS MAY BE DEEMED NOT

 THE 2007 FBC & 2017 FBC-B.

 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
