 1) PLEASE NOTE A ADDRESSING STOP HAS BEEN ADDED TO THIS
 PROPOSED PERMIT. THE SITE ADDRESS FOR THIS PROPERTY IS
 BEING USED CURRENTLY BUT THIS IS A MULTIPLE BUILDING
 COMPLEX WITH ALL BUILDINGS REQUIRING THEIR OWN
 INDIVIDUAL ADDRESS FOR BUILDING INSPECTIONS,
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCIES AND RECORD RETENTION. THERE
 ARE 4 GAZEBOS ALONE THAT NEED SEPARATE ADDRESSES!!!

 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED.
 2017 FBC-B 501.2 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION. NEW AND
 EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH APPROVED
 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION.
 CITY MUNI CODE SEC.78-6 (1-7)
 (2) LOCATION, BUILDINGS CONTAINING MORE THAN ONE
 ADDRESS. ALL ADDRESSES SHALL BE POSTED ON THAT PORTION
 OF THE STRUCTURE FRONTING OR FACING UPON THE STREET OR
 PRINCIPAL VEHICULAR ACCESS TO THE PREMISES, SO AS TO BE
 READILY VISIBLE TO APPROACHING VEHICLES. OWNERS OR
 TENANTS OF ALL HOUSES AND BUILDINGS USING A SERVICE
 ALLEY SHALL ALSO POST A NUMBER ON THE SIDE OF THE
 BUILDINGS ADJACENT TO AND FACING SUCH ALLEY. IF THE
 HOUSE OR BUILDING IS OBSTRUCTED BY A FENCE, THEN THE
 NUMBER SHALL BE POSTED ON THE FENCE. THE PLACEMENT OF
 NUMBERS ON BUILDINGS OR FENCES, AS THE CASE MAY BE,
 SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE DIRECTION OR APPROVAL OF THE
 CITY'S CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENT. BUILDINGS
 WHICH CONTAIN MORE THAN ONE RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL,
 INDUSTRIAL, OR INSTITUTIONAL ADDRESS SHALL POST A
 SEPARATE ADDRESS MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS
 SECTION AT THE EXTERIOR ENTRANCE TO EACH INDIVIDUAL

 HIGH WITH APPROX.. 3 TO 4 INCHES ABOVE GRADE. FOOTINGS,
 DEPTH AND WIDTH. 2017 FBC-B 1809.4. THE MINIMUM DEPTH
 OF FOOTINGS BELOW UNDISTURBED GROUND SURFACE SHALL BE
 12 INCHES, THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF FOOTINGS SHALL BE 12
 INCHES.
 3B) THE WIND PRESSURES GIVEN FOR ROOF ZONES 1,2, & 3
 ARE GIVEN BUT ON SHEET S-1 UNDER THE HEADING DESIGN
 LOADS (B) THE PARTIAL WIND DESIGN IS GIVEN, THE MEAN
 ROOF HEIGHT IS NOT GIVEN NOR WHAT IS THE APPLICABLE
 PRESSURE COEFFICIENT. 2017 FBC-B 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN
 CRITERIA.
 3C) SECTION 1/S-G.1THIS SECTION SHOWS THE CONCRETE BEAM
 AND TRUSSES AND A NOTE FOR THE TRUSS ANCHORS SEE METAL
 STRAP SEE PLAN. THE ROOF FRAMING PLAN SHOWS THE UPLIFT
 & REACTION LOADS BUT NO STRAP/ ANCHOR SCHEDULE.
 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
 4) SHEET GZ-1:
 4A) THIS SHEET DOES SHOW MORE SECTIONS AND ELEVATIONS.
 ELEVATION LEGEND NOTE 5 INDICATES THE ROOF IS TO HAVE
 CONCRETE SPANISH S ROOF TILE.
 107.2.1.2 FOR ROOF ASSEMBLIES REQUIRED BY THE CODE, THE
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL ILLUSTRATE, DESCRIBE AND
 DELINEATE THE TYPE OF ROOFING SYSTEM, MATERIALS,
 VENTING, FASTENING REQUIREMENTS, FLASHING REQUIREMENTS
 AND WIND RESISTANCE RATING THAT ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 INSTALLED. PRODUCT EVALUATION AND INSTALLATION SHALL
 INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE WIND CRITERIA REQUIRED FOR
 THE SPECIFIC SITE.

 DRAWING STAMP OF APPROVAL) BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD

 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
