 NERO WITH THE CONTRACTOR ELEV8 CONSTRUCTION ABOUT THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION, DESCRIPTION OF WORK, OK TO CHANGE
 THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO: MODIFICATIONS TO SHEEL
 BUILDING FOR TENANT SPACE 7038.
 A-0.1 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD HAS CLARIFIED WHAT WORK IS
 TO BE COMPLETED UNDER THIS PERMIT. HIS SET OF DRAWINGS
 IS STRICTLY TO PROVIDE LANDLORD REQUIRED EQUIPMENT PER
 LANDLORD/ TENANT LEASE AGREEMENT. ADDITIONAL INTERIOR
 IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE UNDER A SEPARATE TENANT
 IMPROVEMENT PERMIT (20100363).
  
 1) BUILDING PROVISO: WELDED OR BOLTED CONNECTIONS (ROOF
 TOP CURBS TO ROOF FRAMING/ BAR JOIST). THE CONTRACTOR
 IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE WELD PROCEDURE SPECIFICATIONS &
 WELDER OPERATOR PERFORMANCE QUALIFICATION RECORDS IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE REFERENCED STANDARDS AT TIME OF
 INSPECTION FOR FIELD WIELDING, ON THE JOB-SITE
 WIELDING. THIRD PARTY CERTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED.
 REPORTS SUBMITTED TO BUILDING INSPECTOR AT TIME OF
 FRAMING INSPECTION.

 2) DEFERRED SUBMITTALS: STOREFRONT FRONT DOOR AND DRIVE
 UP WINDOW. 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE
 PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE
 DEFINED AS THOSE PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT
 SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE
 TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A
 SPECIFIED PERIOD. DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL
 HAVE THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE
 SHALL LIST THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD
 THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION
 INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO
 THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
