 1A) PLEASE NOTE THIS PERMIT APPLICATION CAME IN FOR TO
 1ST TIME TENANT BUILDOUTS THAT BOTH SUITES 7032 & 7036
 WILL REQUIRE CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY. PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE PERMIT LIBRARIAN WITH A 2ND PERMIT APPLICATION FOR
 THE 2ND TENANT SPACE. FESS WILL ALSO NEED TO BE
 ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY FOR BOTH PERMITS.

 OCCUPANCY BUSINESS. BECAUSE OF THE REQUIRED CERTIFICATE
 OF OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS 2 PERMITS REQUIRED, PLEASE
 LIST THE OCCUPANCIES BY THEIR ADDRESS. EXAMPLE 7032-
 MERCANTILE/ RETAIL AND 7036- BUSINESS. WE CAN HAVE ONE
 SET OF PLANS TO SHARE FOR THE 2 PERMITS.

 OFFICIAL INTERPRETATION. IN RESTROOMS EPOXY PAINT IS NO
 LONGER CONSIDERED A SMOOTH HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE.
 WALLS & PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET OF SERVICE SINKS,
 URINALS, AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD,
 NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE TO A HEIGHT OF NOT LESS THAN 4
 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR, EXCEPT FOR STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS,
 THE MATERIAL USED IN SUCH WALLS SHALL BE OF A TYPE THAT
 IS NOT ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY MOISTURE.

 ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 6C) SPOUT OUTLETS/ DRINKING FOUNTAINS. 2017 FBC-
 ACCESS. CODE. SPOUT OUTLETS SHALL COMPLY WITH:
 602.4 SPOUT HEIGHT. 36 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND FOR WHEELCHAIR BOUND INDIVIDUALS.
 602.7 SPOUT HEIGHT FOR THE STANDING PERSONS SHALL BE
 BETWEEN 38TO 43 INCHES ABOVE FINISH FLOOR.
