 BESIDE THE DOOR) TO EXIT THE UNIT OR ROOM. FBC
 ACCESSIBILITY FHA REQUIREMENT ANSI 4.13.6
 2) I DID NOT CATCH THIS ON THE FIRST REVIEW - UNIT B1
 DISTANCE FROM THE KITCHEN ISLAND TO THE DISHWASHER
 NEEDS TO BE MIN. 40" - USABLE KITCHENS WOULD MEET
 SECTION 100.205(C)(3)(IV) IF:(B)CLEARANCE BETWEEN
 COUNTERS AND ALL OPPOSING BASE CABINETS, COUNTERTOPS,
 APPLIANCES OR WALLS IS AT LEAST 40 INCHES.
 3) WE ARE REQUIRING THAT YOU SHOW THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 FOR THE PLUMBING FIXTURES ON EACH UNIT FLOOR PLAN TO
 SHOW THAT EACH UNIT COMPLIES WITH FAIR HOUSING
 ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.
 4) DRAWING (S-2.1.6) HAS A STRAP CONNECTOR SCHEDULE -
 THE TRUSS FRAMING PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW THE LOCATION OF
