 CERTIFICATE FOR THE MAIL KIOSK BUILDING.THIS IS
 REQUIRED BEFORE THE PERMIT IS ISSUED.] THE BUILDING IS
 LOCATED IN A SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREA. THE FLOOD ZONE
 IS AE AND THE BFE IS 14' NAVD88. THE REQUIRED DFE IS
 16' NAVD88. THE BUILDING AND ALL OF THE EQUIPMENT
 SERVICING IT ARE REQUIRED TO BE AT OR ABOVE THE DFE,
 16' NAVD88. ELEVATION CERTIFICATES ARE REQUIRED. AN
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE BASED ON CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS IS
 REQUIRED BEFORE THE PERMIT IS ISSUED. AS OF OCTOBER
 5TH, 2017, THE CITY HAS ADOPTED NEW FLOOD INSURANCE
 RATE MAPS WHICH USE NAVD 88 AS THE VERTICAL DATUM. THE
 CITY ALSO ADOPTED A 2' FREEBOARD WHICH REQUIRES THE
 FINISH FLOOR AND EQUIPMENT TO BE A MINIMUM OF TWO FEET
 ABOVE THE BFE. ACCORDING TO THE FLOOD INSURANCE RATE
 MAP WHICH WAS ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 5, 2017 AND IS
 APPLICABLE TO THIS PROJECT, THE STRUCTURE IS IN AN AE
 FLOOD ZONE WHICH IS A SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREA. THE
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH HAS ADOPTED A FLOOD ORDINANCE
 THAT REQUIRES A TWO (2) FOOT FREE BOARD. SPECIFY ALL
 ELEVATIONS IN NAVD 88.
 THREE ELEVATION CERTIFICATES ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED. 1) A PRE-CONSTRUCTION ELEVATION CERTIFICATE
 BASED ON THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS IS REQUIRED BEFORE THE
 PERMIT IS ISSUED. 2) A BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WHEN FIRST FLOOR SLABS ARE
 POURED. 3) A FINISHED CONSTRUCTION ELEVATION WHEN THE
 JOB IS COMPLETE INCLUDING LANDSCAPING. THE FINAL
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED AND
 APPROVED BEFORE THE C.O. WILL BE ISSUED.

 HAS A TYPO IN THE DATE. THE REVISION DATE ON THE REPORT
 IS 1/19/20 AND IT SHOULD BE 1/19/21.] SECTION 4.2 ON
 THE GEOTECHNICAL REPORT STATES THAT THE FOOTINGS SHOULD
 BOTTOM AT LEAST 18" BELOW FINAL GRADE. SHOW HOW THIS
 BUILDING WILL MEET THIS REQUIREMENT. FBC 107.2

 61G20-3.001 PER FLORIDA STATUTE 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH
 FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF THE DIFFERENT
 ROOFING MATERIALS, WINDOW (GLASS TYPES), STRUCTURAL
 MULLIONS AND EXTERIOR DOOR TYPES. THESE ITEMS CAN BE
 DEFERRED IF REQUESTED, HOWEVER, THE DOCUMENTS MUST BE
 SUBMITTED AND APPROVED BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT
 BEFORE THEY CAN BE INSTALLED. ONLY ONE SET IS REQUIRED
 TO BE UPLOADED FOR ELECTRONICALLY SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS.
  
 7) DEFERRED. SUBMIT TRUSS DRAWINGS AND A TRUSS LAYOUT
 PLAN. FBC 2303.4
  
 8) NOTE: FBC 107.3.4.1 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE
 PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE
 DEFINED AS THOSE PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT
 SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE
 TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A
 SPECIFIED PERIOD. DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL
 HAVE THE PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE
 SHALL LIST THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD
 THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION
 INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO
 THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.

 10) WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A
 RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE
