 CONSTRUCTION PLANS IS REQUIRED BEFORE THE PERMIT IS
 ISSUED. 2) A BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE WHEN FIRST FLOOR SLABS ARE POURED. 3) A
 FINISHED CONSTRUCTION ELEVATION WHEN THE JOB IS
 COMPLETE INCLUDING LANDSCAPING. THE FINAL ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED

 OF THE STORAGE ROOM. FBC 1017.3 MEASUREMENT. EXIT
 ACCESS TRAVEL DISTANCE SHALL BE MEASURED FROM THE MOST
 REMOTE POINT WITHIN A STORY ALONG THE NATURAL AND
 UNOBSTRUCTED PATH OF HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL EGRESS
 TRAVEL TO THE ENTRANCE TO AN EXIT.

 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH
 FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF THE DIFFERENT
 ROOFING MATERIALS, WINDOWS (GLASS TYPES), STRUCTURAL
 MULLIONS AND EXTERIOR DOOR TYPES. THESE ITEMS CAN BE
 DEFERRED IF REQUESTED, HOWEVER, THE DOCUMENTS MUST BE
 SUBMITTED AND APPROVED BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT

 WILL REQUIRE A ROOFING SUB-PERMIT THAT CAN BE APPLIED
 FOR AFTER THE ROOFING PRODUCT APPROVALS HAVE BEEN
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. THE
 WINDOWS, DOORS AND STOREFRONTS ARE COVERED UNDER THE
 BUILDING PERMIT AND DO NOT REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMITS.
 THE ONLY THING LISTED THAT REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT
