 A)PROVIDE COMPLETE OPENING FRAMING DETAIL FOR NEW
 OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR AND NEW FRENCH DOORS IN THE GUEST
 SUITE. HEADER DETAIL ON SAME SHEET IS INCOMPLETE. IT
 DOESN'T SPECIFY ALL FRAMING MEMBERS SIZES AND
 CONNECTORS. PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION. SEC. 504 AND
 SEC. 506 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. SEC. R601.2
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 B) PROVIDE INFILL FRAMING DETAIL FOR EXTERIOR WALL
 OPENINGS TO BE CLOSED.
 SPECIFY ALL FRAMING MEMBERS SIZES AND CONNECTORS,
 SHEATHING, INSULATION, FINISHES, ETC. SEC. 504 AND SEC.

 SPECIFY HOW PROVIDING HEAT TO THE NEW GUEST SUITE.

 3- PLEASE SUBMIT A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE
 SEPARATE GARAGE/GUEST SUITE BUILDING. SAME PLANS CAN BE
 USED. SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATIONS HELP TO COORDINATE
 INSPECTIONS FOR EACH BUILDING AND TO FACILITATE RECORDS
 RETENTION. SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: PLEASE CONTACT ME TO EXPLAIN THIS. I CAN MAKE A
 COPY OF THE PERMIT APPLICATION TO GENERATE A NEW PERMIT

 INSTALLATION TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. ALL PRODUCT
 APPROVALS NEED TO BE APPROVED IN WRITING BY DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL):

 EXPIRED ON SEPTEMBER 17,2020. NEED CURRENT PRODUCT
 APPROVAL.

 5- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS
 NOTE: COORDINATE ALSO WITH DOOR SCHEDULE ON SHEET A1.1.
 NOA'S TO MATCH NOA'S SUBMITTED TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
  
 6- SCOPE OF WORK IS NOT CLEAR.
 ARE ALL THE WINDOWS AND ALL EXTERIOR DOORS GOING TO BE
 REPLACED OR NOT. FLOOR PLANS ON SHEET A1.1 SHOW THEM AS
 EXISTING (EX.) AND THERE IS NO INDICATION THAT THESE
 DOORS/WINDOWS ARE GOING TO BE REPLACED. BUT, ON THE
 OTHER HAND THERE ARE WINDOWS AND DOORS SKETCHES AND
 SCHEDULES SUBMITTED UNDER THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS.
 PLEASE CLARIFY/REVISE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
