 1) SHEET 1: THE REVISED PLAN IS INDICATING A
 SPECIFICATION TYPE B DESIGN FOR THE MASTER BATH,
 HOWEVER THE REQUIRED 30X48 IN. CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 DIAGRAM AT THE BATHTUB AND THE REQUIRED 30X48 IN. CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE OUTSIDE THE SWING OF THE DOOR ARE NOT
 SHOWN. ALSO REQUIRED ARE THE GRAB BAR BACKING
 REINFORCEMENTS LOCATION DIASGRAMS AT THE BATHTUB FOR
 GRAB BARS- REFER TO LAYOUTS ON PAGES 7.37 & 7.40.
 PLEASE NOTE IN SPECIFICATION B ONLY ONE OF THE TWO
 BATHING FIXTURES MUST BE PROVIDED WITH THE REQUIRED
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE- PAGE 7.56. BASED ON THE REVISED PLAN
 AND THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE DIAGRAMS FOR SHOWERS ON PAGES
 7.56- 7.58 THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE SHOWN AT THE SHOWER
 DOES NOT MEET COMPLIANCE. PLEASE REVISE THE PLAN TO
 SHOW THE BATHTUB MEETS COMPLIANCE.
  
 AS PREVIOUSLY NOTED IN THE FIRST REVIEW, AS AN
 ALTERNATIVE TO MEETING THE GUIDELINES FOR THE BATH
 ALTERATIONS, THE OWNER AND DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR THE
 PROPOSED PROJECT MAY PROVIDE A SIGNED AND NOTARIZED
 AFFIDAVIT WHICH WOULD INDICATE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT THE
 PROPOSED DESIGN DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FAIR HOUSING ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES, BUT WILL ALSO
 REQUIRE THE OWNER TO AGREE TO REVERT THE UNIT BACK TO
 COMPLIANCE AT TIME OF SALE IF SO REQUESTED BY THE
 BUYER. IF THIS OPTION IS CHOSEN, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL
 TO [email protected] AND I WILL SEND A COPY OF THE FAIR
 HOUSING AFFIDAVIT.
  
 2) 2ND REQUEST TO SUBMIT A PLUMBING SUB-PERMIT
 APPLICATION- SECTION 105.1 WPB. PLEASE NOTE THE
 APPLICATION MAY BE SUBMITTED AFTER THE MAIN PERMIT IS
 ISSUED, HOWEVER NO PLUMBING WORK SHALL COMMENCE UNTIL
 THE SUB- PERMIT IS ISSUED.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM.
