 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) PLEASE NOTE IN THE FILE FOLDER THERE ARE TO FILES
 LABELED PERMIT APPLICATION EACH 2 PAGES, BUT THEY ARE
 BLANK. PERMIT LISTED NOW AS CONTRACTOR: TO BE
 DETERMINED.
  
 2) SHEET A.210 THE DEMO FLOOR PLAN ALSO SHOWS THE
 PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN AS WELL. THE UNISEX RESTROOM
 ENLARGED FLOOR PLAN ALSO ON THIS PAGE. AS SHOWN THE
 INSWING DOOR CROSSES OVER THE REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE FOR BOTH THE LAV AND WATER CLOSET SEE 2017
 FBC-ACCESS. CODE 603.2.3. DOORS SHALL NOT SWING INTO
 THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE OR CLEARANCES REQUIRED FOR ANY
 FIXTURE. DOORS SHALL BE PERMITTED TO SWING INTO THE
 REQUIRED TURNING SPACE. PLEASE SEE EXCEPTION 2. WHERE
 TOILET ROOMS ARE FOR INDIVIDUAL USE AND A CLEAR FLOORS
 SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305.3 IS PROVIDED WITHIN THE ROOM
 BEYOND THE ARC OF THE DOOR SWING. WHAT IS MISSING IS
 THE REQUIRED 30X48 INCH CLEAR FLOOR SPACE BEYOND THE
 ARC OF THE DOOR. USUALLY AT A 45% ANGLE TO THE DOOR
 ENTRANCE.
  
 3) SHEET A310 ACCESSIBILITY RESTROOM WALL DETAILS, THE
 TOILET PAPER DISPENSER IS MISSING THE DIMENSION FROM
 THE FRONT OF THE WATER CLOSET TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE
 DISPENSER. TOILET PAPER DISPENSERS. 604.7. THE TOILET
 PAPER DISPENSER SHALL COMPLY WITH 309.4 AND SHALL BE 7
 INCHES MINIMUM TO 9 INCHES MAXIMUM IN FRONT OF THE
 WATER CLOSET MEASURED TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE
 DISPENSER.
  
 4) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
