 THE ITEMS NECESSARY TO REVIEW THIS SIGN AS A CANOPY
 SIGN AND PERMIT THE PANEL BUILT ON TOP OF THE PATIO
 ROOF STRUCTURE TO REMAIN AS OPPOSED TO A PROHIBITED
 ROOF SIGN.
  
 A. THE ELEMENT OF THE ROOF STRUCTURE PROTRUDING PAST
 THE SUPPORT COLUMNS HAS TO MEET THE CANOPY REQUIREMENTS
 LISTED IN THE ROSEMARY SQUARE SIGN CRITERIA
 DEFINITIONS.
  
 SHEET 1.0 PROVIDES THE HEIGHT AND THE PROJECTION OF THE
 CANOPY PORTION OF THE ROOF STRUCTURE. THE HEIGHT FROM
 GRADE MEETS THE MINIMUM 10 FOOT REQUIREMENT; HOWEVER,
 THE PROJECTION OF THE CANOPY IS REQUIRED TO BE A
 MINIMUM OF EIGHT (8) FEET. THE DIMENSION PROVIDED ON
 THE PLAN IS FOR LESS THAN THE REQUIRED EIGHT (8) FEET.
 A PROJECTION OF FOUR (4) TO EIGHT (8) FEET REQUIRED
 ROSEMARY SQUARE TO PROVIDE WAIVER I WRITTEN APPROVAL.
 THIS APPROVAL WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH THE PERMIT
 RESUBMITTAL. NOTE: IT WAS STATED IN THE CALL THAT THE
 CANOPY PROJECTION WAS EIGHT (8) FEET.
  
 B. SHEET 0.3 CONTINUES TO SHOW THE LETTERS ATTACHED TO
 THE ROOFTOP PANEL, WHICH WOULD MAKE THIS A PROHIBITED
 ROOFTOP SIGN. ALL DRAWINGS NEED TO CLEARLY SHOW THAT
 THE LETTERS ARE NOT MOUNTED TO THE ROOFTOP PANEL.
  
 C. SHEET 4.0 WAS NOT UPDATED AND STILL SHOWS THE
 LETTERS MOUNTED TO THE ROOFTOP PANEL, WHICH IS A
 ROOFTOP SIGN AND THUS NOT PERMITTED. PROVIDE THE
 UPDATED SHEET 4.0 WHICH COMPLIES WITH THE PIN MOUNTED
 LETTERS ON A CANOPY AS DISCUSSED IN THE PHONE CALL.
 THIS SHEET MUST PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF THE ROSEMARY
 SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA, FOR EXAMPLE THAT ALL
 CONDUIT, RACEWAYS, WIRING, BALLAST BOXES, TRANSFORMERS,
 AND OTHER EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR SIGN CONNECTION SHALL
 BE CONCEALED.
  
 2) THE DIMENSION OF WHAT CONSTITUTED SIGNS AND WHAT
 CONSTITUTED THE ARCHITECTURAL CLADDING OF THE BUILDING
 WAS DISCUSSED ON THE CALL. PICTURES WERE E-MAILED TO
 STAFF DURING THE MEETING TO SHOW THAT ALL OF THE
 FENESTRATED OPENINGS, NOT JUST THE ONES WITH THE SIGNS,
 INCLUDE THE ARCHITECTURAL CLADDING. COPIES OF THESE
 PHOTOS MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RECORD. BASED
 ON THE DISCUSSION, STAFF HAS CALCULATED THAT THE CL.2
 SIGNS ARE 2.3 SF IN AREA.
  
 3) INCLUDE SHEET 6.0 THAT WAS INCLUDED IN THE PLANS
 E-MAILED TO STAFF AHEAD OF THE CALL WITH THE PERMIT
 UPLOAD. THIS PLAN VERIFIES COMPLIANCE OF CL.2 WITH THE
 ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIREMENT THAT
 ALL CONDUIT, RACEWAYS, WIRING, BALLAST BOXES,
 TRANSFORMERS, AND OTHER EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR SIGN
 CONNECTION SHALL BE CONCEALED.
  
 4) THE "LUCID" SIGN THAT IS SHOWN ON THE BUILD OUT
 PLANS MOUNTED ON TO THE INTERIOR WALL BUT VISIBLE ON
 THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING IS REQUIRED TO COUNT
 TOWARD MEETING THE SIGN SQUARE FOOTAGE ALLOWANCE. WHILE
 THE PLAN SET E-MAILED TO STAFF IN ADVANCE OF THE CALL
 INCLUDED THIS INFORMATION ON SHEET 3.0, IT HAS NOT BEEN
 PROVIDED WITH THE PERMIT UPLOAD. THIS SHEET NEEDS TO BE
 UPLOADED FOR THE PERMIT RECORD. STAFF HAS REVIEWED THE
 INFORMATION PROVIDED ON SHEET 3.0, AND THE SIGN APPEARS
 TO CONTAIN, THIS SIGN MAY BE A MAXIMUM OF 31.6 SQUARE
 FEET IN AREA.

 WHICH IS A WAIVER 1. A WAIVER I REQUIRES WRITTEN
 APPROVAL FROM CITYPLACE RETAIL. NOTE: WAIVER I LETTER
 DID NOT ADDRESS THE SIGN ON THE ROSEMARY AVENUE FACSIA.
  
 2) THE DIMENSION OF WHAT CONSTITUTED SIGNS AND WHAT
 CONSTITUTED THE ARCHITECTURAL CLADDING OF THE BUILDING
 WAS DISCUSSED IN THE MEETING. PICTURES WERE E-MAILED TO
